This is a typical Country Inn and Suites with a few exceptions. This hotel offers a number of conference/meeting spaces as well as a fairly nice workout room. It does not have a swimming pool or hot tub which is disappointing. It is located near the interstate so getting to Downtown Baltimore is pretty convenient sans the typical traffic that you encounter in the area. It is also located near the BWI Airport, however it isn’t so close that the plane noise is an issue. If you are planning on going into Washington, DC, I would suggest going to a Metro Station, parking there and riding the train in. I used the Green Belt station and found it extremely convenient. Because of the hotel’s location and the terrible traffic around D.C., driving to Downtown Washington is pretty time consuming (45-50 minutes) and parking there is outrageous. The room was clean and comfortable! The bed and bathroom were nice. There is a Chili’s Restaurant located right next door to the hotel which is good if you are looking for a quick meal within walking distance. The hotel breakfast is terrific! It is the standard hot breakfast that is commonly offered at Country Inn & Suites in other areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was pretty painless and the hotel only took a $30 security deposit. While there are more affordable options in this area, the extra money is money well spent in my opinion. I would highly recommend this property!

What’s not to like about a Country Inn and Suites? This is probably my favorite hotel chain. As I stated above, the only disappointment with these accommodations was the lack of swimming pool and/or hot tub.

Very clean. There is a gym but with limited equipment. It was accessible at 3:30am with the key card. My husband and I checked in on Dec 18 at 1:45pm and the lady at the desk was SUPER nice and pleasant. We need more smiles like that.

It's not as close to the airport car rental place as it seems on the map since there are no direct routes. There are a lot of turns and going around so you need extra time. The gym needs a stationary bike. It would be nice if a brown bag for breakfast to go were available for those who check out before 6am.

Big rooms, good shuttle service, several restaurants within walking distance, coffee in the lobby and nice staff. Much better than another hotel I have tried in the area.

The breakfast was a complete joke with very little on offer. Dry bacon and the most tasteless egg I have had in my life. No vegetables. No coffee in the breakfast room (had to go for the lobby to get it). All served on paper plates with paper utensils. The US is not known for good hotel breakfasts, but this was the worst one I have had so far. Either stop offering it or get some pride and serve a decent breakfast!

The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was large and I really like that there was a second sink. You don't find that anywhere. The building was quiet and we couldn't hear our neighbors. We didn't have the breakfast there, but it looked very tasty.

I found a few hairs on a towel that I had not used that did not match our hair colors. The bed was more comfortable than most, but I wish there was an option for an extra soft bed or memory foam bed. I haven't stayed in any hotels that have had beds as soft as I would prefer, though this bed was among the best I've experienced so far.

The room was adequate, clean and quiet. just what you would expect for the price. I had a room with a king, breakfast included and I paid $110.00 with taxes through Booking. com, which in my opinion was a good price for the room.

The person it the front desk seemed to be annoyed that I was checking in. She spoke so softly, I couldn't understand a word she said and that was even after I asked her to speak louder exclaiming I couldn't hear her. That seemed to annoy her even more and she basically tossed the entry key card to me and turned away. She did not belong behind the desk It Her indifference set the atmosphere for the stay. It makes a big difference when one is welcomed properly. I'm sure, her position will be filled by someone in the near future (hopefully). I larger TV in the room would have been nice. TVs are not a lot of money these days

Breakfast choices were very good. Room size was good, but not as large as the one we had last year which included living room, dining room and kitchen. Location provided good access to the things we wanted to see or do.

The room was very cold when we first entered (59F). The knob on the alarm clock was missing and we could not set clock or alarm time. The reading light over one of the beds could not be turned on. There was not a list of available TV stations.

Peaceful and serene atmosphere. Loved that the shower stayed hot and room was clean. My checkout was fast and easy.

Customer service was not up to standard. Evening desk clerk Shawnee was not attentive at all. She was to worried about her phone instead of my check in. Very snippy attitude. I have been to this location before and never had this type of service. Hopefully this gets corrected as soon as possible. Was hoping to have a better selection of hot food for breakfast. Seem to always have the sausage for the meat choice and not everyone eats that. Bacon would be a welcomed change along with maybe waffles and chipped beef. Just a suggestion.

So convenient for BWI - 5 minutes from the car rental facility. Free parking. Friendly welcome. No bar or food service but there is a Chillis next door and that worked well for us. Room was comfortable and clean although the air con was noisy. We left early so did not have breakfast. Well placed near the main interstate routes for onward travel. Worked really well for us and we would stay again,

Nice to have had a bar but the Chillis next door was fine.

After a delayed flight to BWI, it was great having a shuttle arrive on time and a nice room to unwind in. In the morning, it was great that the shuttle driver took us directly to the Rental Car Center to pick up our rental car. A very helpful service!

The breakfast is a typical rather mediocre affair, but it is similar to most other chain hotel offerings. In this case, their waffle machine was not working. So it limited the options even more.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly in person. Both apon entering and exiting. Big smiles and thanking me for staying at the Country Inn. Was greeted warmly and had the exact same experience when leaving. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable ☺️

I had to call the front desk and ask a simple question.. what's the WiFi password? Directly told it was on my key.. and spelled out for me.. however.. I agree it's written down on the hotel key wallet.. but a simple question seemed like I was irritating the person who answered the phone.
