Understaffed. I called the front desk for 1 1/2 Hours with no answer. The issue was not them ignoring me but the 2 front desk staff were overwhelmed. They apologized for not responding and addressed my due when I came downstairs. Machines were out of water for the whole weekend and was not refilled until Monday am

The night I stayed there was because the airport cancelled all flights. Even though the staff was completely swamped with aggravated travelers, the staff remained friendly and accommodating! I will definitely stay there again.

The price was reasonable and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

We were hoping to check in early and were told by the front desk that we would receive a phone call when the room was ready. We gave them our phone number but never received a call. We came back around 1pm that day and were told our room was ready. In terms of our room, there was a noticeable red stain on the carpet. There was no drain in the bathroom so the floor was constantly wet. The body wash bottle was empty so we had to go down to the front desk for a new bottle (the front desk phone number was not working). Further, our room was not made up despite staying for two nights.
