Staff Very friendly. Clean hotel. They give you plenty of towels which I love (so we don't have to keep asking for them) Breakfast was delicious! Coffee stayed nice and hot all day! Lady working the breakfast time was very clean, helpful and knowledgeable and above all friendly! Highly recommend based on the staff alone.

Now the breakfast needs work sanitation purposes...silverware was facing the wrong way which everyone touches the side we eat from, a big no no. Jelly and syrup in the same bowl mixed! One syrup breaks and the whole thing is sticky! And 2 different temps. Glass bowls break easy especially kids around when they grab things off the bar. The toaster us VERY old school and a piece of toast got stuck and the whole place got smoky they had to call the fire department early in the morning waking people up. Maybe get a double toaster to prevent that issue again?

Nice breakfast area & plenty to choose from to eat. Very nice staff, everyone I encountered was very pleasant. Clean, spacious room.The location was very convenient. I would stay there again.

Carpet in the room. It was clean, but I feel like a hard surface is cleaner. The bathroom, entryway, and in front of the sink was updated with a nice hard surface floor, though. The bed was a little firm, that's just a personal preference. I really have no major complaints, it was a nice place that had been updated & cared for.

Everything was great I've stayed at this property many times and we always have a great time they offer breakfast with many thins to choose from and just over all I always have a great experience here the staff is amazing its also quiet .

It would be even better if the pool was up and running when I came there I would have extended my stay but other than that I always enjoy myself here the beds are super comfy and rooms are big overall I had a pleasant stay.

I liked the location and friendly atmosphere and staff. The breakfast was good with enough options to get your day started.

The beds were a little hard for our liking and there were always people hanging around outside in the parking lot that were not guests of the hotel due to the shared parking with other businesses.

I liked the spacious room, large king size bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sofar, coffee table, desk and chair, iron and table, hangers, the outside view from the window was infront of the building and not the back...

I didn't like the fact that a used soap was left at the sink, the freezer portion of the fridge had a brown frozen spill, and the towel holder above the sink was covered with dust.

They upgraded our room! Was very nice. Had a large seating area with couch and a couple of chairs, wet bar, big flat screen. King size bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure in shower and had an oversized jetted tub.

My only complaint is almost every time we left the room, we had to have the key card reprogrammed.

Location was ideal

I was pleasantly “upgraded” to a suite upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was an event the night I stayed with a religious group who chanted, clapped, and celebrated while i tried to fall asleep at night in the conference event space which was my wall neighbor. When I told the front desk they said “Aw, sorry.”

Met my expectations and got value deserved.

There was no coffee pot in room. No big deal, got late night hot coffee at front desk. What concerns me is there was no documentation to prevent me from being charged for its absence. Documentation may have taken place post my leaving. This documentation will suffice. My stay was great otherwise. Thank you.

Did not take advantage of breakfast. My view was parking lot, I was on 1st floor. Second night someone in a car at 11:30 pm was blasting music. About the time I.was to call the front desk, it stopped. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in shower was AWESOME...

The breakfast was amazing! Tons of choices and the room was cleaned every day!

The air conditioner didn't keep the room as cool as I needed it to be and actually quit working the last day so our last night was miserable and right before an 11 hour drive home
