Red Lion Hotel Pasco Airport & Conference Center

We love the scale of the location. It is vast and maze like and makes you feel like you are in a very large area with lots of places to go. The Grizzly Bar is exactly what you need at night, while the Free Breakfast and the Lunch option (for pay) is a great offering. Classically designed with a late 70s feel and modern touches added, it is very comfortable and homey. They have what you need and what else you might, is nearby. Everyone was so very friendly.

The process to check in or even waiting for the one person behind the front desk at different hours can be a little frustrating. I don't mind the wait as much as it is a long process to simply get checked in. But nothing that would keep me away. I have stayed here twice and will stay there in the future.

Rooms were great!

The service & food in the Grizzly Bar was terrible. We called ahead for a group of 18 two weeks in advance. They only had 1 server on staff for the whole place. We ordered our drinks with our server but twice got tired of waiting for them and had to go to the bar to get them. The food was terrible....barely edible. I texted the manager that I made the reservation with to express my concerns and ask what could be done as we spent a lot of money there. My friends and I come there fairly regularly. I asked for maybe a food/drink/lodging gift certificate but have received no response. Very disappointing from what is normally such a great place.

Good food for breakfast and in the restaurant/bar. Clean and plenty of ice machines.

small area for families to sit in the bar for dinner. there for a baseball tournament so it was somewhat limited. Guessing it was mostly because of Washington’s laws so we could use a large portion of the dining area. older hotel so it was very noisy from the highway.

The beds and linens were excellent, the staff brought a roll away quickly as resquested, and breakfast was wonderful -- lots of options and times were good.

I think the hotel is in the midst of a remodel, and some of the keys didn't work for the exit doors, but did for the room. Ultimately, it didn't impact our group.

Very conveniently located for those with business needs. Friendly staff, very spacious rooms, well fit for a family stay. Having a local restaurant/bar is a plus in this side of town since it can be somewhat isolated from other local attractions.

It is a very large property, so it can be very easy to get lost here. Need to be careful with parking as one of the buildings nearby is an apartment complex and you could be using a resident slot instead.

The overall facility was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

The rooms were not that great, the beds weren’t very comfortable but the good customer service and having a decent hot breakfast made it worth the price.

We were given the wrong room and even though it was sold out, we were given the correct room. The staff was fantastic.

The rooms were difficult to locate as the different entrances are not visibly marked and the map was difficult to read. The breakfast buffet did not keep up with the demand. Hashbrowns and orange juice ran out before breakfast ended. It was like the demand was more than what had been anticipated

Included breakfast was decent. Location was very convenient for access to the local Memorial Park Pool. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Nice pool, although was too hot during out stay for us to want to use.

WiFi signal was extremely weak throughout the property and thus so slow/unreliable as to be unusable. Desk staff seemed to indicate they could loan some equipment to help with this. Room keys had to be replaced twice due to demagnetizing.

I loved how big the breakfast area was. The location was great being tight off the highway.

The only thing that I just liked was that the restaurant turned into a small mike club at 9 o’clock. I just finished up some work and went to grab food but that wasn’t an option anymore.

Bed was fine and breakfast was great. All the staff: clerks, housekeeping, and dining service were 5-star! The property also helped me recover a left-behind item.

Room was a bit dated and some cosmetic blemishes, wear and tear.
