The people were very nice and location, just perfect. We were at few minutes away from the town center and we did a lot of walking from the hotel itself. There is no big need of public transportation from here.

The breakfast did not exceed my expections, sorry. It was probably me, that was unaware of the meaning of Kosher = mainly Israely clientele oriented. That means not a great choice of food. BUT they were very kind to offer us a voucher to their sister David Hotel nearby, at 5 minutes walk away, for a greater choice (much better), so we went and have breakfast there, and was amazing (except one of the waiter there that seems not like us using the bonus from the other hotel)

Fantastic hotel! They gave me a luxury room upgrade and were very accommodating throughout. When I checked out for one night to visit Karlovy Vary, they stored my luggage until I checked back in the next day. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I love the Occitane products they use. The breakfast is varied and delicious (they’ll say it’s vegetarian because it is kosher, but it’s not - there’s salmon and tuna). The hotel is located a 15-20 min walk to the main square in Prague.

The property was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage in a secured room until our room was ready since we arrived before the check in time, and helped book a taxi to the airport. Also the breakfast was INSANE - If I go back to Prague I’d go there just for that

For some reason our room was really hot and the air on didn’t seem to work - I didn’t expect to need aircon in January so not sure if it was due to be repaired but it meant a poor nights sleep due to being too hot

The a hotel is very new and clean, shower is fantastic, the location is quite (better than stay in the crowded old town area), just 10 minutes walk from the main square.

Some Families made the lob and hallway as theirs private outdoor patio, with a lot kids playing and screaming all most the entire Sunday. But one phone call and the problem was solved in front of the bedroom, but in the lob was still looking like a kindergarten.

The room had very high ceilings and very clean and spacious. Specially the bathroom. The cleaning girls refreshed our towels everyday and gave us enough toiletries ( my hair is very long and needs some extra shampoo and conditioning).

Maybe my fault, but we did not realise they do not have double beds, due to the religion restriction. The rooms have 2 single beds and me an my boyfriend ended up in sleeping one single bed which was not very comfortable.

The room was lovely! Big bath with jets in, massive comfy bed, was great

There was loads of noise downstairs in the function room like lots of shouting and partying. It was a Sunday night and I called reception and asked what time it was going on until and they said around 11. I don’t think the room above the function room should be used with that known noise going on. They did say they’d ask them to quieten down but I felt like I was a burden asking when I shouldn’t have had to ask

I booked this hotel not knowing that it is supported by the Jewish community, and I was super happy that I selected this hotel. They have an amazing, healthy breakfast, salmon, eggs, and lots of salad options. Everyone was super nice. The location is very central. The nearby parking is free for the night at weekends (midnight to 8am), you only pay for the hours before midnight or after 8am, which is a great deal if you are driving and easy to pay using qr code.

The hotel was within a few minutes walk to the main train station. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The private bathroom had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was really fast and connection was easy. The included breakfast was incredible with a large selection to choose from.

The only thing that I would have liked to see were wall mounted soap dispensers at the sink and within the shower to be more eco-friendly.

My wife, 2-year old daughter, and myself, stayed at this hotel from Wednesday to Sunday. First of all, the hotel is in a great location and close to the various tourist sites. the entrance to the hotel is spectacular and very inviting. At the reception a professional staff greeted us in a courteous manner. The room was beautiful, clean and wonderfully tidy. A tray of fruit, cake and bottles of water were waiting for us. The room was equipped in all respects. In general, the entire hotel staff was courteous and welcoming. The food is of a very high standard. We did not take advantage of the spa services, but from talking to other guests the value from the spa is worth every shekel. If you are looking for a kosher hotel and a Jewish atmosphere, this is the place to go!

The room was very comfortable with space and plenty of facilities. The bathroom has a large walk in shower which is preferable and it was spacious, spotless, modern and with luxurious towels and robes. Breakfast was similar to a good Israeli hotel breakfast. The other facilities are fine, nothing fancy but there is a steep set of stairs up to the main lobby from the street door. It is conveniently located close to the main rail station and tram stops.

There was nothing not to like. Overall a very comfortable hotel for a few days of sightseeing. Location is slightly away from the main tourist areas, but in less than ten minutes you are by the Powder Tower or main shopping areas.
