The breakfast spread was really fantastic and the location of the property was truly exceptional - just off the main thoroughfare and a 1-minute walking distance to the tramways & metro. Some of the major historical sites were just 2 - 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel also had a digital weighing machine for your luggage and also a bag wrapping service, during check-out.

There were no views from the hotel room which faced the back of another building...but excellent views from the rooftop restaurant. Some of the services had to be paid in cash like airport transfers, laundry etc.

Excellent location with one of the best views in Istanbul on Blue Mosque and Sophia Haga. Breakfast was exceptional with huge choices of cheeses, olives, yogurts, pastas, eggs, breads, fruits, cakes, et cetera with friendly and caring waiters. Although the room was not large, it was clean, quiet with A/C. The hotel additionally offered a spa, which provided an excellent service. The lobby has been constantly delivering soft drinks and sporadically snacks.

It is hard to find something to complain about, if so, I would expect a little bit more from the reception desk service to have 100% satisfaction.

Beyond all the usual things such as the food, the rooms and the cleanliness and location, the level of service is very high, we arrived relatively early and before the check in, the staff present at the place immediately acted to give us a room because I had a baby, took care of everything and gave us the room immediately. , We got a lot of help even during the stay in everything we needed. Level of service from another world, amazing and convenient location, and breathtaking views from the dining room.

I do not have anything specific, the hotel was amazing. Maybe the only thing that would point to him was that in the dining room there was no toaster and no variety of dairy products, but that's personal taste, the food was varied enough.

The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious, so much variety for all types of eaters and diets, the staff running the buffet were also very kind and have amazing service. The whole hotel was magical from the moment you walked in! The rooms were so clean and well stocked and comfortable with great showers and air cindy and wifi. No complaints at all. The front desk reception was more than helpful and the ladies who kept our rooms were just lovely and helpful too! Location was the best as well so close to so many major streets and attractions. There is a shuttle to and from both airports that the hotel will arrange at a cost though. Thank you ◡̈

It was all wonderful! The rooftop restaurant was a bit pricey so we opted to discover a restaurant in the area and there were many great ones only a few minutes walk away

Location was great.. Walkable distance to Blue Mosque , Tram Station and lots of restaurants. Front Desk manager was very helpful in suggestions and promptly arranged a Dinner Cruiser, which was a great experience. A very nice Turkish Spa is available at the lower ground.

Double Room size was pretty small in comparison with other hotels. We have taken two rooms and in both Air-conditioner was not functioning properly.

Excellent location (literally walking distance from almost every sights worth seeing), staff very friendly, breakfast was very rich and with a view on the rooftop restaurant. Room was also very clean, even the bathroom. Altogether good choice for a short stay.

The room was way smaller than in the pictures, almost like cramped. The bed was comfortable but smaller than the usual size. The cruise ship promoted by the hotel was not really worth the price. The show on the ship was excellent but the food and service was lacking.

The place is in Sultan Ahmet area. Breakfast is normal, but the view from the restaurant is very good. We can see Hagia sophia and Blue Mosque. Room is comfy and there is smart TV connect to the internet. Room size is not that large or spacious. But the bed can be used for 3 people.

The toilet size is not that large. The laundry fee is so expensive Breakfast is so so. The price is more expensive compared to Marriot Hotel in Levent with good breakfast. But maybe because it os very near to sultan ahmet. But i prefer to stay at Marriot than this hotel for next trip.

Problems with AC, it was constatly turning off during night by itself and in both our rooms, after that we were not able to turn it back on for few minutes, which is not acceptable, especially during summer. Problem with phones in both rooms, we were not able to call reception but this issue was fixed later on.

Location

Rooms are small, barely fit 1 chair (most travelers are two)! The bath doesn't have towel hanger. The breakfast is the same everyday, we ordered Sunnyside up 2 eggs plate, the price was too expensive, and there is no receipt, however we told the staff to bring the money in a while from the room as should pay at the restaurant, he just followed us to make sure we pay, I consider this unfriendly approach by 4 stars hotel, system should support always the guest while making the security high in parallel.
