The staff were outstanding and attentive. The pool was lovely and warm and the food was good. The room was spacious for a baby and two dogs.

The room still had a razor in the shower from previous guests. The shower pipe was grubby with black mould, and the spare bed had a grubby base and dirty behind. It's just needing a bit of a deeper clean. The changing room could do with a better baby changing area (but I'm not sure how you would fit this in as there is not much room. Maybe one of the plastic dished tables at the side of the pool then easier to change them and take to the shower.

The staff were warm and the rooms always clean 👌

The breakfast needs to be improved. Scrambled eggs and baked beans, below standard for a 4 star hotel

All in all a lovely few days away. Staff were lovely, room was clean and breakfast was good.

It was so easy to get to and about a 5 minute drive from the centre. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The bed was the only downfall for us. Not a great sleep.

Disabled door a little small for mobility scooter

there was no residents after hours bar and friends who where staying in another room were told they would have to leave our room no later than 1am

Once again we were met and greeted by helpful, friendly staff. Due to Booking.com erroneous documenation, we were expecting a deal on price of evening meals, but a breath of fresh air named Zoe got to the bottom of the issue and we were accommodated wonderfully well.

there seemed to be a misleading message within the till software which stopped us being able to order from the restaurant menu in the bar area, which we had to use for meals as we were accompanied by our greyhound. Zoe sorted this out for future users after our discussions, too.

Friendly staff. Swimming pool. Large bedrooms. Dogs allowed. Good breakfast

Had booked a table for my Dads birthday dinner for 7.00. We still hadn’t been served by 8.00. Had young children one who is diabetic. When the dinner arrived the fish was undercooked. We didn’t want to complain as it took so long to arrive. The ladies that served us were lovely and none of this was their fault. We have had dinners their previously because it is convenient for us as a family but it was slow service then too. So having dinner there as a family will not be an option for us next time. We stay at this hotel a lot due family visits.
