I had a very comfortable stay, the room was spacious and the location is easy to get to from the airport. Reception was open even though I arrived very late from a flight and I was very happy to make use of their laundry facilities!

We only needed to stay one night before starting our trip, so the location was excellent being a short taxi ride from Haneda. This isn't a fancy hotel but the price reflects that. For the price it was excellent value for money so I was happy with it. Clean and tidy.

As soon as I arrived, check in was quick and I was given my room key, the wifi password, and a tour of where the room was, which one was my capsule, and where the showers were. The capsule had a nice corner to put my glasses and phone, as well as an outlet and USB ports to charge my devices. The control panel had knobs to turn off or dim the lighting in the capsule. There was also a small display with the current time and the option to set an alarm. You can close and secure the curtain so you get some privacy in your capsule. The bed was super comfortable and I had a wonderful night's rest after a 20 hour trip. I was able to place my luggage in the lobby, as I had 2 checked bags and a carry on and some small bags. I took my carry on with me in the room, and placed my bags in my personal locker. The pass code for the locker is on your room card and has a towel and face towel inside. The staff went beyond and helped me get my luggage forwarded to my next location. They didn't charge me a fee for it either(I will have to pay the invoice for the shipment upon arrival at my next location). The whole facility was very clean and well maintained. The showers had a small area to place your items inside, and there was shampoo and body wash you could use. Overall I am very happy with the service i recieved and would definitely book with this hotel again in the future. Thank you!

I stayed here twice, and both times staff was very kind and accommodating to our needs and requests. The willingness to adjust for myself and my parents made our first trip much easier. I appreciated the understanding of the hotel staff.

I wasn’t necessarily surprised, since I read it in reviews, but there were few ameneties and facilities at the hotel (no breakfast, no bath/only shower, no elevator, etc.) The air conditioner also functioned poorly which was difficult in summer heat.

The room , while small, was comfortable. Great use of space for the washroom. Greatly appreciate the individually packed toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel.

It was not easy to find the place. We needed the help of a local resident to find it. Should provide a map from the 2 closest train station. There was a festival about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. It would have been nice if the staff informed us.

We stayed for one night due to our plane leaving in the morning at haneda airport. The staff was very kind and the room was as described and shown on the site. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

It took about 30-40 mins to get to the airport by public transport, but the trains are quite easy to navigate. The room was everything you needed for one night. Wifi worked well, charging port in box so can charge your phone next to you while you sleep.

Super affordable and allowed me to check in by myself very late at night. Room was incredibly clean and looked brand new. Beds were comfy, and for $37 usd a night the private room is well worth it.

The rest of the hotel needs updates even though the room I stayed in was very nice.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. It was extremely comfortable with such affordable price. Staff are friendly and some speak fluently English and Chinese too. To my surprise they do house keeping and provide all the required amenities, impressed!
