The room was perfect as it was, there was a TV, an electric boiler, an alarm clock, a fridge, a safe, even some less useful items likes a pen and paper. There was also free wifi, and the rooms were always all cleaned, coffee is free from 9 am to midnight, there was also a breakfast service, which can be included in the booking or not even if closed to keikyu kamata station and frequent trains coming by, i've never heard any ! it was really nice

the price for the room size may be a bit too high, we had a double bedroom and a single toilet, it felt kind of cramped, the fridge was also quite small, but these are not important issues in my opinion

Excellent location serving Haneda Airport. Easy 5minute walk with luggages from Keikyu Kamata Station. For budget traveler, if you are able to use App like Navitime and understand well train schedule/transfer etc, not bad idea to use from/to Narita Airport either. Direct Limousine Bus from Narita to Haneda cost ¥ 3.600 ($24) plus train to Keikyu Kamata ¥280, and takes 1h20min. Depends on schedule but no-transfer direct Narita Sky Access Line from Narita to Keikyu Kamata cost ¥ 1.700 ($11.35) and 1h40min. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Their 24hs Cafe Space with free wife is spacious and very cozy. If you have a flight departing late in the afternoon, hotel let you leave luggages and stay in the Cafe.

Location is great, very near Keikyu Kamata station, just cross a bridge linked to the station, there's a 7-11 immediately and just turn around the corner is the hotel. Rooms were cosy, compact and clean. Free amenities, coffee, tea at lobby cafe, Donki nearby

During check-in the lady told me my room is the smallest type and if i wanted to upgrade with an additional fee. Wondering why they need to emphasize that my room is the 'smallest', just saying. It's fine if they are going to offer me a free upgrade though.

We had to buy the breakfast which was not included in our reservation. The breakfast was good the usual buffet serving. There was eggs, bread, sausage over hot plates. cereal, fruit and drinks. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from train station. But, it takes about 45 minutes to get to central Tokyo. We didn’t mind that. Air conditioning was very good and quiet. But we went early October so it wasn’t real hot and humid. The staff was helpful, friendly and most of them spoke or could understand English. The staff also let us keep our luggage in their security area so that we could check in and go out for some lunch or shopping. Make sure your arrival is at 3 PM for check-in. The management is very strict and adamant about letting rooms out earlier than 3 PM. So if you’re arriving earlier, give them a call and make arrangements to have them secure your luggage in a safe area at the hotel. Security for the elevators was you needed a room key to go up. The laundry room had two machines that were very clean. They had vending machines for drinks and snacks. Our room had a small safe for your valuables. The train station building had two nice grocery markets and eating areas. Right outside of the station there was a busy street that had restaurants and small eateries for about 100 yards down the street and they were reasonable in price. My wife and I weren’t looking for a $300 or $500 hotel rooms. I think we did good for being our first trip to Japan without a tour and at prime age of 70 years old, I think we did good.

The room was small. No closet, no tables, or shelves. The TV was Apple app, so you had to pay. Regular tv channels were in Japanese. The hotel is basically a business man’s or business lady’s rooms. The decor is very simple and nothing fancy but the place was clean. Housecleaning associates would leave their huge supply carts in our hallway so it did look kind of messy. The hallway rug needed to be clean on our floor.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. No matter what I was looking for, they helped me find it. Check in and out was quick and simple and they called a taxi for me and translated as needed between me and the taxi driver. The room was clean. I didn't smell any odors that often permeate hotel rooms. They had many small amenities such as soaps, lotions, razor, toothbrush, hairbrush sitting out in the lobby for those who needed them. Perfect for that ONE thing I forgot to pack in my travel kit!

The beds are hard, so if you are looking for soft western style bed, this is not it, but it was comfortable and had a very soft comforter and soft pillows. It was a bit cold (weather had just turned to freezing the day of) but once I turned the heat on and went to sleep, I woke up warm from pumping it up too high. (The razor is VERY sharp so be careful and DO NOT drop it into your bag as touching it accidentally can cut in a way that a normal razor will protect against. Throw it away when done.)

Very pleasantly surprised by this very cute boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and kind. There is a nice, large open room with tables and wif-fi for guests to use, and several guests were eating and working in this space. Free water and tea served throughout day/night in this space. Room was small, but very well laid-out which made for efficient use of space for 2 in room. Location to Kamata train station was terrific..down a short street to the neighborhood 7-11, up an escaltor to station breezeway. Only a 3 minute walk to station from hotel! Definitely would stay here again!

Tricky to find, especially in the dark! Google maps was very confusing and could not locate hotel as it is across a busy freeway next to station. Once location is found, route to station is very close and easy to navigate.

We didn't get to try their breakfast. This Hotel was clean and very convenient to the train station and made traveling very easy getting around. There were many stores near by to shop and eat, soo convenient! We would like to thank Ms. Matsumoto for being very helpful and sincere. She was a exceptional staff there. Thanks to her we were able to go home happy and satisfied.

If only the rooms were more spacious other than that its a great place to stay.

Conveniently located at the Keikyu Kamata station. Gets you to the city and to Haneda Airport easily. At and around the station are plenty of shops and restaurants. Room was big enough for 2 nights. Great beds, though we did flip a mattress, as the other side was softer to sleep on. Bathroom was good, nice shower. It was all we needed for our visit to Tokyo. I liked they have umbrellas to borrow.

Check in is at 3pm. Not a minute earlier. Plus side: there's free coffee and tea and enough space to wait till3pm.

We did not eat the breakfast, but free coffee and tea are available throughout the day with a large area with tables. There are several food stores and restaurants within a short walk. Short walk to the train station. We used the train to travel from the airport to the hotel and to return to the airport. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we plan to stay again on future trips.

Our room was a little rough in the way it was finished. The hotel may be in the middle of refurbishing some of their rooms. But the bed was comfortable and there was enough room that we did not feel cramped.
