The location was very good . Hyogo station is 4-5 mins walk only . Staff was nice . Coffee and green tea was in room . Bed was very comfortable but a little small for 2 adults .

I was in 7th floor the floor has smoking area so the corridor was smelling like cigarette and room has also a little smell of cigarettes. The elevator is not so clean . Amenities was not enough like there was no body sponge 🧽 no women amenities ( moisturizer, lotion , face wash ) .

Experienced spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, modern comfort, and a vibrant environment centered on Kobe. In particular, we experienced the true scale of life and new perspectives of JR Sumaura-kōen Station, Suma Seaside Park, Kobe Suma Sea World, and Kobe's new aquarium, which are 16 minutes away from JR Hyogo Station in front of the hotel.

As a hotel located in a convenient location for transportation, it was good to travel to major tourist attractions in Kobe. And I was able to stay very satisfied because I could have a better rest with a clean and spacious bathtub and shower facility in the quiet and comfortable twin room.

location and breakfast was very good, i hope to increase halal food items in the breakfast. it is too near to subway station, you can easily move to several parts of the city.

room was so hot, i feel we need to open the windows for refresh air in the room, also air system in bathroom was not good.

Really nice hotel room - large TV (the you can connect your streaming services to), bath, aircon, view of the mountains. Was very clean and comfortable. Very close to the train and easy to get to the attractions of Kobe. No issues with wifi thankfully!

Outdated lobby, however did not concern me at all.

Very big bathtub, really nice and clean and the ledge and the view from the 13th floor it was amazing

Although everything was very clean the sheets that were on our bed did have a stain/ mark on the side of them

Location was good for our needs. There was a parking lot for the guests (1600 yen for 24 hours). Room ok for one night and the price is excellent.

The carpet was old and dirty, there were a lot of stains on it.

Good value budget hotel. Great location for accessibility to the rail stations and cheap restaurants. My next hotel was 3 times the price and half as good.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfy, and the amenities were good!!

Some furniture was becoming a bit well used.

It was easy to find, and nearby two train lines. There are some nice restaurants in the area, too.

The wifi was absolutely attrocious. They should also clean the elevators.
