First of all, the staff who checked us in was exceptional, he was super helpful but I forgotten his name but he did give me some restaurant recommendations and was very easy to talk to. He and another staff member were super helpful to assist us with delivering our luggage to another accommodation in mt Fuji area and sorted everything for us even thought it was such a hassle. The reception was quite close to the accommodation and easy walk from the train station. Beautiful common area the room was well equipped with towels and amenities and even had Netflix on the tv. So many good restaurant right downstairs.

The lift was quite small and can barely fit 4 people, but not really a big deal.

The location is very good and within walking distance from Kyoto Station. This make the travel easy if you're going to use shinkansen or train to outside Kyoto. There are also bus stops around the facility and convenience store. The facilities in the hotel also good. Free to use washing machine and dryer. They also have communal kitchen with microwave and induction stove. The introduction and instruction from the hotel staff also clear about almost everything.

This is self service hotel. So don't expect daily housekeeping or change of towel. They upfront about that since the beginning and provide vacuum cleaner in the room. But we stayed for 5 nights so it's a little bit too much

It is in a great location, convenient but quiet and private, and has very spacious rooms, super clean facilities, and friendly staff. It is fantastic that they have luggage storage facilities and washing machines. There is a FamilyMart less than a minute away, within walking distance to Kyoto Station, several bus routes available, nice restaurants around, and easy to move around to other parts of Kyoto. Really loved staying here.

The check-in process can be faster than it is; some taxi drivers don't know how to get there because they changed the hotel name recently.

Room was very clean and comfortable, really quite spacious and easily fit 2 adults and 2 kids plus 2 medium sized suitcases and other small luggage with plenty of floor space left for kids to play and people to move about. Bathroom had a good amount of bench space and shower had excellent water pressure. Beds were a good size and we all fit and slept comfortably though we did have to do one adult and one child per bed due to the size of the beds. Complimentary large bottle of water was very much appreciated as was the free luggage storage after check out. Having Netflix was a delightful bonus which we all enjoyed after long days of sightseeing. Location was good with lots of useful bus stops within 5 or so minutes walk as well as conbinis and restaurants just a minute or two away. Nice and quiet.

Beds and pillows were quite hard. Only one very small lift which we had to wait a long time for around check out time and no stairs to use instead.

It's really like a home away from home! Comfortable apartment and room, with all the facilities that we can think of. Free use of washing machine and dryer (very efficient dryer!). Like that the toilet, shower and sink areas are separated so the 4 of us can so different "businesses" at the same time. Location is good too, about 5 minutes walk from Kyoto station and there are many good restaurants / eateries within minutes walk to the apartment. Thumbs up to the very good customer service! Friendly staff and all speak very good English. They helped us with luggage forwarding, i.e., fill up the form, confirmed with us when the luggages should reach our next hotel, and even called our next hotel to inform them about our incoming luggages.

Check in concierge is located separately from the apartment itself. Confused at first. But once understood how they work, it's not a problem.

The facility in the room is good, the bathroom was spacious, equipped with microwave, kettle, hair dryer and vacumm cleaner! 2 air conditioner in the room to keep good ventilation. Only drawback for sleeping arrangements as the room can only fit 4 pax with the folding bed on tatami, limiting the space for luggage. However this doesnt affect the overall staying experience and satisfaction! The hotel have common area for guests to chill and laundry room! There is 1 convenient store in less than 200m away turning left or right out from the hotel. Super convenient! The area is pretty centralised, just 7-8mins walk to Kyoto station connecting by food street.. good place to stay if you come in big group or with family!

The sofa bed is abit too bouncy and a bit dusty. Need to vacuum before use.

It was a nice, quiet apartment-like stay. About a 10 min walk from Kyoto Station. You can enter the station via nearby stairway entrances if you're not lugging bags...great shops and restaurants in the Porta shopping mall below ground as well. The shared kitchen and lobby is spacious and a great place to telecommute and hang out. There are 2 really good local restaurants next to this location but you better get reservations in advance.

The reception desk is really close to Kyoto station but they are not properly staffed. It seemed too small to bring baggage and the whole family up in the small elevator so they had to wait on the street. It wasn't clear that the facility had laundry and it turned out it was the best facility we had seen the whole trip. 4 washers and dryers to use free of charge with provided detergent pods. We'd have planned our laundry differently had we known this. I looked back at Booking.com's notes and still could not find this listed.

The location near Kyoto Station was very convenient, yet the property is on a quiet street with hardly any noise at night, even on weekends.

Our stay was for eight nights, and I understand there is no housekeeping during the stay, but it would have been nice to get fresh towels halfway through. However, the free laundry facilities are a nice touch and so we were able to wash our towels along with other laundry.

The property is about 10mins walk to Kyoto station. There are several nearby convenience stores. I love all the amenities such as the mini kitchenette inside the room with all the basic things you may need in a kitchen and especially the free laundry area with both washing and dryer.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable. The sides of the room especially the windows behind the curtains were dusty.

Walking distance from Kyoto Station..Check in location is on the way to the hotel...They provide you with umbrella that you can use...The staff are courteous and friendly..Room come with complete set of toiletteries..I love that they prepare bath salt.. Room are spacious for Japan standard and clean.. Common kitchen are clean and complete.. The self service laundry are free.. There is a family mart nearby..
