Location: 10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya Station, with many shops and restaurants nearby Room: Spacious room with big twin beds. No problem for opening two suitcases at the same time. Practical equipment available, such as bedside USB sockets. Breakfast and beverages: Good variety of both Japanese and western cuisines at breakfast (06:30-09:30). Free self-service beverages available at 14:00-24:00.

It would be perfect and more convenient if there's more table space in the room.

The staff were attentive, professional, and polite. The breakfast was excellent, with different choices every day as well as regular dishes. All very well served, prepared tasty. The room was very clean and daily changes and cleaning made it very comfortable. The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the main JR station with a huge choice of restaurants, cafés bars and a good supermarket. I really enjoyed my stay, and it will be my first choice for my next visit to Nagoya.

There is coffee available in the lobby for free for a machine. But more sachets of coffee in the room would be great as there is a kettle in the room.

Very clean and modern facilities. Friendly and helpful staff throughout and there was a good selection at breakfast. Really liked the library cafe to hang out, have a free tea or coffee and browse the books and leaflets there. Appreciated the minimal waste of toiletries, while providing anything you need free of charge. More space than expected in the room, though tourists, please note there is not a lot of space for a big suitcase, as is often the case in business-style hotels.

The breakfast area got very crowded in the morning. It could be better to have reservation spots for breakfast to avoid having long queues so that people are standing over guests eating their breakfast at some tables near the buffet counter. This seems to work in other hotels we have stayed in.

Breakfast is ok at first but we stayed for 8 days and eating the same breakfast everyday. It would be good if there would be some variations everyday. Location of the hotel is great. It is near to almost everything. Train station, Bus Station, sighseeing, restaurants and shopping.

It would be okay if the café will not close at 12MN. We normally came back late from sightseeing and shopping and we needed some space to stay together because we stay in separate rooms. We also have coffee and snacks together.

Included buffet breakfast was very tasty. The room itself was quite spacious for Japanese standards (2 single bed with ample space around the beds and a table for meals) and there is a convenience store right in front of the hotel providing quick cheap and delicious conbini goods for those late night hunger strikes.

The wireless charger above the bed does not work but not a major issue as alternative USB and charging outlets are provided right next to it.

Clean, modern, and pretty huge room by Japanese standards (much closer to the size of a western hotel room than any other hotel I stayed at it Japan, twice the size of a different single room I had and about the size of a double room I stayed in at a different Choice location in Yokohama). Pretty good location for amenities with convenience stores and restaurants/bars close by. Not far from the Shinkansen/JR station for those traveling with the JR Pass. Great experience over all vs the price.

Only thing that's less than stellar is that it's not super close to a lot of the stuff that tourists would want to do in Nagoya, being a pretty decent trek from the shopping districts and Nagoya castle and things like that.

Nice staff. Clean and tidy room with reasonable space. Very good breakfast provided. Lots of user friendly facilities, such as laundry machines, luggage storage area, microwave, complimentary drinks...Great location which is near the station and lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend, , definitely will stay in this hotel again.

Friendly staff. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. If you don't like the thin pillow provided, you can pick up a harder pillow from the lobby. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Free breakfast is simple but enough for us to start our day. Coin laundry machines available. Free hot soup at night for supper is great especially on a cold autumn night. Many restaurants nearby.

Location is 10mins walk to Meitetsu station but a bit far to JR Nagoya.

We really liked the our room, the location, the staff, the facilities and the breakfast included in the price. The room was a good size (for Japan) and the beds were comfortable. We got extra pillows from reception. We had a table and chairs in our room which was we really liked. It was great that you could see when the washing machine/dryer was available (and how much more time they had to go till finished) on the TV! Super handy. The hotel is a short walk from/to Nagoya Station and Meitetsu Nagoya Station.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good, cheap laundry area. Fantastic location with easy access to public transit and lots of restaurants. Quiet. Good bathtub, always a supply of hot water. Extra pillows of various types available for free in the lobby.

Small room, no space to put bags. We found the breakfast limited and mediocre to our taste.
