Great location, with a shuttle bus to the terminal. Large room with fridge, free wifi and very comfortable beds. The decor is a bit tired, but the room was very clean

No restaurant or bar if you wanted to spend some time here. The corridors and rooms all look a bit tired, but it is a perfectly good hotel for an overnight stay at an airport

Convenient to both Narita terminals, walkable if you want to, but there is a regular shuttle between both terminals and the hotel. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout and come back for it closer to our late afternoon flight time. Friendly staff, clean room and standard Japanese bathroom. We took the train back to Narita (city) for dinner. It's got a kind of Motel 6 feel, if it's your first night in a Japanese hotel, it's not typical of what you'll find elsewhere.

Description of location of hotel led us to think it is in Narita, but it is actually ON Narita (Airport is huge). Nowhere local to eat except in one of the terminals (we found a place called N's Court that was very good for breakfast and lunch).

perfect location for terminal 1 travelers: literally 5 minutes walking (if you do not have big trolleys, but still possible), shuttle bus from the hotels service stop (both from and to the airport), good price restaurant for evening meals with acceptable (maybe a little limited) choice, comfy beds and large double room

the shuttle bus to the airport should be an independent service and not wait to pick also up people from the airport to the hotel (we were early morning, on a full bus of people with large trolleys: luckily nobody stepped on but otherwise it would have been messy between people getting down and others staying on); it would be great if the shuttle bus from the hotel to the terminals was going to the departure level

1. Clean room and bathroom. 2. Basic essentials are provided in the room. 3. Good dinner and breakfast. 4. Shuttle bus service is available from the hotel to the airport. 5. Efficient hotel staff. The reception staff speak English. 24-hour front desk. 6. Narita Airport Rest House is a good choice to stay in if you need to catch an early morning flight the next day. It is near to the airport; you do not need to rush. The hotel atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. For example, I did a multi-day hike at Nagano Prefecture. The last day of my hike ended at about 4pm. From the end point, I took a train to the Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station, which took about 3 hours, including transfers. I checked in at Narita Airport Renthouse at about 8pm (if I remembered correctly). The room in the hotel had everything I needed - a clean bathroom, a functional hot shower, comfortable bed. I was also able to eat dinner at the hotel's restaurant and enjoyed 5 hours of sleep before my early morning flight. 7. The hotel's restaurant made various types of food and drinks, in buffet style. The food is clean. There were traditional Japanese and Western breakfast and dinner meals. Fish, meat, fried ebi, vegetables, chicken, pasta, rice, hot soup and more. 8. Vending machines at the hotel lobby, including ice-cream dispenser. They are useful if guests are hungry after dinner and need to eat something. 9. Baggage trolley are provided at the lobby for guests to use. 10. Safe environment.

It's a 2 star hotel so I'm gonna rate it as a 2 star hotel. The room was good. A bit spooky but nothing an adult couldn't handle. The bed was great. And their room keys are funny! 😅 Like most airport hotels it has it's own shuttle doing rounds every 30mins which is great!

The electric outlets were too far from the bed so if your phone was about to die and you rely on it as an alarm, it'll be quite challenging.

I’m eating this based on the fact it’s a two star hotel. Yes it’s not new, it feels abit like going back to the 70s, but it’s clean and convenient and very cheap. There’s a shuttle bus to the airport from the hotel for free and it’s very easy to find upon arrival to the airport. The food was good, lots of vending machine choices. Rooms are a little dated but they’re big and do exactly what you need.

It was close to Terminal 2 for An early morning departure. There was a shuttle bus for guests to use. The amenities were more than adequate for purpose. It would have been a very up market hotel in its day. It is old and not modern.m, yet is suitable for short stays. There are plenty of vending machines with food and drinks,

Some staff were not as friendly as I have experienced elsewhere in Japan:

The room is pretty big compared with those in the downtown. Even though some facilities are outdated, the room is clean, especially the bathroom. The central air conditioner is not noisy and in my room I couldn't hear the sounds of planes taking off and landing. So it's quite comfortable to stay there for an early plane. In addition, the hotel is quite close to Terminal 1, so I didn't use the shuttle service.

The door lock doesn't look very secure.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Terminal 1. The room was pretty spacious and neat. There is a couple of veniding machines on the 6F. You should get your drinks and snacks before arriving to the hotel. The nearest conveniente stores is at the airport.

Unfortunately, we pefered to walk to the airport because it was master than taking the Shuttle. It goes all the way to terminal 3 and 2 before arriving to terminal one.

it’s close to the airport. the staff were nice. the food at the dinner buffet was good. the shuttle comes directly to the hotel, so there’s no need to walk far. the tv allows for you to watch youtube on it.

i had an advantage because i speak japanese, but if you speak a language other than japanese or english you might run into some issues communicating. i only stayed one night so there isn’t much i noticed for me to complain about.
