Good location! very close to Keisei Narita station also free shuttle bus from and to Narita airport. There is a big hot tub on the second floor! Everything I needed for spending a night were there, such as free wifi,toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner, free bottle waters, and more. There is a Lowson ( convenience store) in downstairs. I was able to extend my stay for another 3 hours with extra money which helped me very much!

This was my first time staying at an APA group hotel. Before our trip, as I knew it is only 14sqm, I thought the room is quite tight and was worried about the space to open our suitcases. However, it was a good surprise because the room is quite efficient and my friend and I had enough space to open our two middle sized suitcases and still more space for us to comfortably stay. The room was clean, the facilities are decently updated, it had good variety of amenities, and the bed was quite comfortable. The best part for me was it had an onsen-style public bath. For this size of hotel, the bath was quite spacious with around 10 shower booth. I really liked going there wearing Yukata every morning and took a nice hot bath to kickstart the day.

Only bad point during our stay was at the check-in. I was navigated to use their touch-panel system to check-in, but it didn't work well for a booking through Booking.com and I needed to wait again for a manned counter.

I arrived before the 3pm check-in time so I stored my baggage and told the staff that I would probably arrive for a late check-in at 11pm, which they said was fine. Staff spoke English and was helpful and welcoming. I picked this hotel because I wanted somewhere close to Narita Airport, since I had an early flight out. The hotel is conveniently located off the Keisei-Narita Station, which thankfully had escalators and elevators available in between. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a question asking if I would 'recommend this property as a romantic place to stay', I answered no just because I only booked it for convenience so I wasn't sure of its romantic offers.

A short walk to the train station. Convenience store right next door and a restaurant on the first floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Room rate was great and the fact they had a shuttle service from the airport was much appreciated! I would stay here again if I were to be in the area.

Room and bathroom were a little tight. Couldn't figure out how to activate the AC on the room's temperature remote even with Google Translate, so we had to open the window for cool air. We were only there for one night and after a long flight, did not want to bother going to the front desk or calling about it. Very smokey room but that was my fault for not realizing I booked a "smoking" room.

We stayed one night here and wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again in the future. For reference, I'm 5'2" tall while my husband is 5'5". The size of our room was just right for us. Most importantly, the room was clean, and complete toiletries were provided. We loved their comfortable beds and pillows ❤️ The hotel is strategically located next to the train station, with lots of convenient shops and restaurants around. The in-house onsen is like a cherry on top! Important: We just found out that most hotels in Japan do not switch on air-conditioners during winter and spring. During cold weather, most hotels will be in central heating mode. So it's a good thing that their window can be opened to let fresh air into the room. We took advantage of their free airport shuttle bus since we needed to be at the airport by 6 a.m. Just remember to get your bus ticket from the front desk when you check in. Overall, we are happy customers and would like to thank their attentive staff for their excellent service, especially during the check-in process 👍👏 The checkout process was seamless; we just dropped off the keys since we had already paid.

The only thing that I do not like is that you need to take a step up to the toilet, as it is not level with the room floor.

Hotel conveniently located at walking distance from JR station and local train station. Next day only 10 min travel to Narita Airport. We booked a twin room, which gave us enough wiggle space to repack our suitcase. Comprehensive breakfast. Great view from room. Several small restaurants nearby.

We could not figure out the right setting for us with the air conditioning. And an open window would allow too much traffic noise. Hence the climate in the room became a bit dense.

I booked this hotel to catch early flight next day, didn't expect that it is very near to a main train station which is only about 15' from Narita Airport. The hotel also provides shuttle bus service which runs quite frequent and does not take much more time than train. In the end we decided to take the shuttle bus, bus is super clean, the driver and her assistant are very friendly and helpful. Similar to other APA hotels that we were staying, everything here is well organised and clean, staffs are friendly and polite.

Standard APA hotel for Japan accomodation - small but well-organized rooms, everything clean. Good additional breakfast. Coin laundry and onsen on the second floor (ideal for longer stays). Really close to the 2 train stations in Narita (Keisei and JR), and close to the main street Omotesando (with shops and restaurants).

Really early checkout time (10.00) :) Not ideal when your flight is really in the night. But they do compensate with free transfer to the airport and with luggage storring, if needed.
