It's right next to the station and 1/2 stations away from Narita Airport. Great for people with early flights. Clean and comfortable. Really nice shampoo and conditioner; as well as a spacious tub. Big window that opens is a huge bonus.

My partner and I look and speak Japanese so people just assume we are and tend to be more free with their comments. TV wasn't working and they fixed it relatively quickly BUT the engineer nonchalantly said that "foreigners steal the TV card". Now, I don't know how true this statement is but regardless, it was racist.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, fridge, water boiler, robes, slippers etc. just lacking a security box, which meant that we had to take our valuables with us everywhere. The location is ideal, right in the centre, a couple of minutes walk from both Keisei Narita and JR Narita rail stations. There is a small AEON with good supermarket 10 minutes walk away.

We were initially given a smoking room (or perhaps a previous smoking room) that smelt stale and with little natural light. We complained (having booked a non-smoking room) and were then offered a small double (we booked a twin) eventually after a bit of huffing and puffing by the staff member, we were offered a nice twin, with no smoking smell and plenty of natural light. Luckily my wife is Japanese and was able to convey our displeasure, not sure how a foreigner would fair…

Inexpensive, clean, very helpful staff and public transport no more than a 4 minute walk to train station, taxis and buses. A Lawson 24/7 convince store across the road. If you don’t wish to use the train a Taxi fare to the airport cost me ¥4200.

No complimentary shuttle service to Airport any more. The hotel is very good but don’t expect the standard of a 5 star hotel. For a stay close to the airport this is very good.

Good location and easy access to train stations like KEISEI-Narita to Airport (just enter station and platform right in front) and many eateries around. Hotel is clean but a little old and needs refreshing, though still comfy to stay n sleep. Reception staff is very helpful and room service is immediate to address issue. Weighing machine near the reception is useful. Staff also very helpful for luggage storage for those arriving early before checking. A must have facility for any hotel.

Room window is difficult to open. Could do some servicing.

Excellent location! You can reach anywhere in Narita by leaving the hotel and walking very little (so few that you can count your steps). Incredibly close to public transportation. You can easily meet your needs from the market right across the street. The staff is very, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large, the windows can be opened, and the facilities in the room are more than sufficient. The price/performance balance is great. When I come to Narita again, I no longer need to look for a hotel, because I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location between the two train stations and many restaurants and convenience stores around. Great for a one night stay before an early flight, as it only takes 15 minutes from the hotel's front door to the airport. Don't hesitate to book a room here if it's one of the cheapest ones in the area!

Old furniture and bathroom (not so clean, either), and if you get a room in the annex, it takes a couple of minutes to get to the lobby. The whole hotel has a very retro vibe, but I actually enjoyed it. Just don't expect s modern facility.

Perfect location a two-minute walk to either train station (Keisei and JR). Either is just 10 minutes to Terminal 1 but check the schedule if you're on a tight schedule as there's only 3-4 trains per hour. I enjoy coming to Narita City a day in advance, so I have a stress-free day before a long-distance flight. It's just a basic hotel but comfortable and clean, and great value for money.

I've stayed there about 5 times now, so I do like it a lot and I stopped looking for other hotels in Narita (I tried some others). The breakfast isn't for me, but that's also because I'm mostly vegetarian, and then the options are a bit limited. There's a nice bakery cafe on the other side of the JR tracks called Marond Cafe.

The location is great. It is right next to the train station. The rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel. Check in was smooth. Everything was within expectation.

The decor is a little outdated. Oh they did a pre-authorization on my credit card and hold my funds for a few days, which meant that I had less money to use until they returned the amount. It took about 3-4 days. Luckily they returned the amount on the last day of my trip or else I would not have enough money to use.

The standard double was a really good size, room both sides of the bed, a place to open suitcases and extra room besides. You could open the window (but be careful it opens fully). The bed was big, clean and comfortable. There was an extra pillow if needed. The en suite was not the tiny size unit of some Japanese hotels, just normal small but ok. The location, between the 2 train stations and bus station, so only 3 mins walk to any, was great. We were heading to the airport the next day, 12mins on the train, so great location for us.

Spacious room. In "town" so services, restaurants are plentiful (country town, but not bad, really). Don´t be shy, the places look dead from the outside, but go inside and they are alive. 2 minutes from both Kesie and JR stations. Decent option for simple jog in park - sports complex across the tracks. There was a gym advertised in the same building at 1000 yen per use, but I didnt go.

aside from a few signs of age, it was all ok for a hotel in this price range. One stop from Narita airport, but if you catch the wrong train that runs on the same track you have to walk an extra 700meters (that´s not the hotel´s fault! just be careful!)
