Close to the jr & keisei station. Size of the hotel was good and clean. The bed was soft. I enjoyed the bathtub (they have complimentary bath salt). My fav part was the staff! So helpful and friendly!

Excellent location to see Omotosando and the temple as well as to train station and restaurants. Nice clean room and very friendly staff.

It was actually perfect for our one night stay. Room just a little snug if staying longer.

-Location - 10 minute downhill walk from the Narita town station. -Access - free shuttle to (and maybe from, but I’m not sure) Narita Airport -Restaurants - Italian restaurant on site, was nice, but nothing amazing. Does the job for first or last night in Japan. I didn’t look to see what else is in the town, but the hotel is close to the station. -Staff - staff speak English and check in and check out is easy. They were also helpful in booking the shuttle. -WiFi speed - consistent. 140mbps download, 150mbps upload -Breakfast - standard Japanese breakfast food. Not really our style but not bad. I do love a miso soup. -Amenities - fridge in the room and some toiletry items in the lobby for free. -Bed / pillows - we had a really big bed (2 single pushed together style). -Noise levels - quiet -Temperature - aircon in the room. -Shower - consistent temperature and pressure Overall comments - main hotel and rooms are nice and modern, the bathroom was a bit dated - but perfectly functional.

The staff were lovely, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was incredible. There were no problems with having tickets for trains and events sent to the hotel and the staff having these at the ready for us when we checked in. Very efficient and reliable.

The space was well utilised, but quite small for a family of 4. The bedding arrangement would have been ideal for 3 people or very young children, but not the most adequate for a family of 4 taller people.

Super clean, elegant-style business hotel. Rooms are cozy like many other business hotels but are nicer with warmer vibe than other standard chains. Would like to stay here again. We went for the most reasonable option but our room still had a nice view from the window. Breakfast restaurant was nicely set up with a variety of food/drink choices. We felt relaxed eating there every morning. Only a few minutes walk from the East exit of Keisei Narita Station. Convenience stores right around the corner.

No complaint! But wish this hotel has a public bath, which would be a perfect cure for a long flight.

We paid to check in a few hours before normal check-in time. It was a great option to be able to get settled in as soon as we arrived and not have to wait in the lobby for another 3 hours. Room was spacious! Shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was so handy and it was on time! Just wish there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast had very good selection/variety of options. Great way to start the day! Good idea to ask what type of housekeeping options we wanted. We did not need anyone to clean our room daily, we just needed to have towels, coffee and water.

Having a hotel shuttle from the airport would have been nice. A great way to begin our vacation.

Close to the train station, but still calm and quiet. The room was clean and neat, with good standard business hotel facilities. I had a very nice lunch at the on-site restaurant. The bed was comfy, and you could open the window a little, which is a nice option for fresh air. If you can, give yourself a few hours to explore the Narita temple complex, which is gorgeous and a very easy stroll from the hotel!

The shuttle bus service is limited to 3 sessions only early in the morning (which probably makes sense for a business hotel, but it would be great to have more service.)

Room was nice and spacious I had a suite which came with a huge bath...very nice for days when the public baths were full Ice lollies, free ramen for supper were very nice

Pillows were too soft for me Location was a little inconvenient, especially for those that don't drive The bathroom was cold...would be nice if they provided a heater in the bathroom Public transport in the village ends very early (before 6pm). Would've been nice if the hotel provided a shuttle bus service till later in the evening, especially with the prices they're charging.

Room was adequate size for a family of 3 adults and an infant. Offers free shuttle bus in the morning Has a good location lobby and dine-in for breakfast 2 Lifts with responsiveness and low wait times.

Booking for cleaning is tedious. We were unaware that we needed to access or lock in a room cleaning on TV. Shuttle bus service only till 10.40am, would have preferred longer times.
