The breakfast was great to have a first taste of Japan cuisine. I also like the fact that you are near the train station and you can go to Tokyo easily. The shuttle to the airport or from the airport is convenient, but make sure to know the timetable and to tell at the reception how many you are.

The size of the room you barely have place for 2 persons with the minimum luggage... so when you are 2 ad and 1 adult with 2 luggages each...there is now way the average people can fit in

I like how the staff are very fluent in English, and they are very helpful for all my questions. The location is very good, only a few meters from the train station keisei narita. And 20 minutes train from narita terminal 2. They also have a free shuttle bus to narita airport, which is very good but you have to reserved first or else it gets full, be aware of the facility every hotel offers you, i didn't know until i get there at night around 9 pm and the bus is full already!

They should provide more bus in the morning!

Spotlesslessly clean. is the most traditional of Japanese accommodations at a reasonable rate. It was clean, comfortable, and well located. Do not stay here is you are expecting beds off the floor, chair in your room. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed 3 in a room, bathroom down the hall, shower on the first floor. Everything worked perfectly and you have to want this kind of unique Japanese accommodation to be happy. We had tea and coffe available, a refrigerator, microwave, amenities like shampoo, toothbrushes, etc. Everything we wanted to see was nearby within walking distance - although we walked a lot. Little gifts appeared on our room!!!

Friendly staff, shuttle from airport was great, an employee went out of his way to guide me and another co-worker to the next hotel the company had for us. Restaurant is great, just be aware it's a little on the pricier side compared to the other restaurants around the area. The room was clean and comfortable even if it's on the smaller side compared to American hotels. Overall would stay again and I recommend it.

I'm 6'7" or 200cm tall and I really struggled in the bathroom since it was tiny. Just a lot of head bumping and arm bumping on the walls. I'd say if you're 6'4" and above or maybe 6'2" and above but heavyset then the bathroom might fill too small. This was for the Single room, I can't speak for the bathrooms in the other rooms.

-the hotel provides free shuttle bus to the airport,but you have to book it the day before ,a lot of people want to use this bus -the room are small but clean,enough for one night before the flight -there are coffee machine available for guests but only in the afternoon -the breakfast is in a restaurant next to the hotel, it’s not the best we had in Japan, Japanese style ,not all the items where available when we came around 8.20 ,not too many options, but enough to eat something before the flight -I think there was a public bath/onsen in the hotel which is nice, however we didn’t have time to go there -the hotel is 5-7 min walk from the JR station which is convenient

Meet Inn Narita is a typical Japanese business hotel. A small room, but well equipped and with good services. We sent luggage to the hotel beforehand, which was was waiting for us in the room. The location is excellent at walking distance from both train stations. The (Japanese) breakfast buffet was good. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, but limited to the morning. However, there are frequent and fast train services at other hours of the day.

The room was small, we struggled to open our suitcase. But this is fairly standard in Japan.

very closed to the station. i like the shampoo and shower gel they provide, they are not cheap hotel disposal type, i did not have to take out my own toiletries and also they provide pyjamas for you... i did not have to unpack my luggage and pack it again, i had a very early flight the next day, so that saves up a lot of time the next morning

It was actually very near to Kensei Narita Station but you have to find the right exit. walked in the cold and turns out there is an exit where one escalator down and you will get there. the room was a bit tight but hey, its tokyo.

Breakfast was excellent. Free shuttle brought us from Narita airport and dropped us back. Its very close to Naritasan Shinsho-ji temple. Just a brisk walk away. The male staff was very helpful. House keeping was good too. Konbini stores nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Reasonably priced.

Wish the rooms were a little larger. Wish they had grab-bars in the bathroom for safety. A pressing Iron would be appreciated.

Room is clean and small, but it is understandable due to the Japanese business model. The bed is really comfortable. And it is really clean and neat

Staff can improve their English skills better. I asked them when the shuttle bus will come in English, he responded me in Japanese. That is a little bit awkward. They do not have shuttle buses at noon which is sad that I have to take taxi to the terminal one and spent 5000 ¥. Hope they can add more shift in bus schedules.

super excellent !! I’d give this place a 7 out of 5 I am a world traveller and have been to a lot of hotels ( a few within Japan ) but this place tops it. 1. staff- super wonderful / always polite pleasant and helpful !!!! even housekeeping knocked at my door the next day to make sure everything was to my liking; there was no specific time for housekeeping; the front desk asked what time you wanted your room cleaned; if you didn’t twang housekeeping for a day- they still put your amenities for the day in a bag outside your door including fresh towels; checked in early evening on Oct 24 and early morning oct 27; wonderful amazing two gentlemen at my check out ! 2. amenities - simple but well thought of; there is a laundry with washing machines/dryer for a very minimal fee and didn’t need soap; the machine automatically had dropped soap after you close the door; the cycle automatically turned into drying after the wash; it had a timer to tell you what time to come back for your items and had a password assigned to you if you didn’t get there in time; toiletries always available at front desk that you help yourself with 3. food - amazing western and traditional Japanese breakfast , all you can eat at a very reasonable price at its very charmed restaurant next door the restaurant had amazing wagyu steaks; very very clean place!!!
