The staff provided exceptional customer service and was very accommodating. I would stay again if I found myself in need of a stay near Narita Airport. There is a complimentary airport shuttle bus to and from the airport and the train station. There is also a bus that goes directly from Tokyo Station to the hotel. They also allowed us to check in a few hours early and let us use the facilities for the entire day after check out. There is an onsen that is fun for the whole family with play areas for the kids and a restaurant. My three year old and I had a great afternoon there waiting for our late night flight. Our room was also very spacious which was great for repacking. There is also an indoor playroom for kids and I believe it's 24 hours. On a side note, the hotel is older and shows much wear and tear. This did not bother us for our short stay. The outdoor pool was on the cold side and the indoor pool was like a bath tub. The only food option was a buffet which we didn't partake in. There is a fabulous Thai restaurant within walking distance which was nice for lunch and dinner. I only wish there was a decent place for non buffet breakfast nearby.

Great if you want to experience the awesome Yurakujo Onsen, it's a place where you can spend a whole afternoon using the great indoor and outdoor bath, the sauna...but you can also play game, relax and read mangas, eat. Entrances for the Onsen are included if you book a room at the hotel. We were at the 11th floor of the hotel and the view is amazing. We booked at the last minute a room for smokers but when we arrived, the reception asked us if we wanted to change for a non-smokers room extremely quickly and for no extra charge, we greatly appreciated. The bed was comfy, we slept well. The room was bigger than any hotel in Tokyo so it was very useful for our last packing before leaving Japan. There is a fitness room an sauna in the hotel but we couldn't try it, we chose the Onsen ! There are free shuttles to and from Kensei Narita train station, aeon shopping mall and of course the Narita airport. We picked that place for our last night in Japan before our flight back he on the next day but I think it's a place worth staying for 2 or more night to enjoy the facilities, the park and of course the Onsen. There is a tennis court, a ping pong table, a bar that opens late, a 7-11 in the lobby...

The hotel is getting old compared to others. The buffet dinner is not worth at all : cold food and not a great variety of foods, especially for 5000¥. Can't tell about the breakfast, we took the 6:00am shuttle to the airport and it starts at 6:30. There are not that many shuttles during the day because the hotel is not that close to anything so every trip is a minimum of 20 min (to go the the train station, the mall or the airport. You can't book a shuttle so be sure to be ready in the lobby 10min the scheduled time so you can spot the driver. We almost missed it, the receptionist had to run and stop the shuttle that just left without us.

I liked everything about this hotel but I am giving a rating of 9 only as we were not able to try their restaurant. These are what I liked about this hotel: 1. Free airport shuttle bus 2. Direct bus from Tokyo station (bus stop no. 3) only took 1 hour 3. Nearby shopping areas (ABC mart, Daiso, 2nd hand thrift stores, and Aeon mall) around 15min by bus 4. Nearby a very delicious ramen shop—Ramen Shop Nemoto, about 10min walk from the hotel 5. The Onsen is the best as it’s very family friendly. They have a low temp bath with rubber duckies for the kids to enjoy and the long big screen above is also amazing 6. The room, beds, bathroom is very comfortable and clean. The toiletries are luxurious plus they even included a kid’s toothbrush for my little boy which I appreciate greatly 💕 7. The cherry blossoms outside the hotel, camellia flowers, and the dancing fountain 8. The play area at the lobby 9. English speaking receptionists 10. They are very responsive to my queries 11. The shuttle bus has quite limited rides in a day

We stayed one night. We had the business class room which was very spacious. Bed was super comfortable. My daughter received a kiddie pack with towel, cup, slippers and toiletries. Receptionist was very lovely. I liked the hotel had a 7-11. We didnt get to have breakfast cos we chose sleep-in instead. We were given complimentary vouchers to the Yurakujo (hot springs). We absolutely loved it! Was the best way to wind down and end our trip. Would definitely stay here again and add an extra day or two, as I found the hotel also offered shuttle services to the narita mall. Shuttle driver was great. He had to play tetris with bags as we had a full ride, and he managed it all in the end.

Maybe more power points? Had to disconnect the alarm clock so we had power point close to the bed. But we managed so it wasn't a biggie.

The room was great for how cheap for a 4 day stay. Having the public bath, spa, sauna, and massage was awesome, plus the vouchers, but also the restaurant and entertainment were great. And I don't understand why people rush to Tokyo city for the Cherry Blossoms, Narita has them lined up everywhere and at the hotel. The restaurant connected to the hotel was great also. The staff were very attentive to all guests, and the free shuttle helped to visit certain places. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. The onsen facility was great although we didn't use it (we just went to have a look) and the buffet lunch was very reasonably priced. We also liked the shuttle bus to Tokyo station which was cheap and convenient.

The hotel is dated and our room, although it had a lot of attention to detail and everything you could need, was quite tatty in areas. Also, the airport shuttle is really infrequent. As I watched all the other hotel shuttles come and go several times while waiting for ours, I did feel a bit sad.

I liked the springs near by. The staff said it was 3-5min walk but I found it was much closer. The gym was decent, unlike some places I have visited. I really enjoyed a shuttle bus going from the hotel directly to Toyko station. That was super convenient as I thought I would have to shuttle back to the airport and take a train. The cost wasn't outrageous either.

The amount of times the shuttle was offered to and from the airport was poor. Too long of gap between shuttles (I believe 2 hours), which made me book another hotel later in my trip due to this reason. Some seating for outdoors would have been nice. I'm not sure if it was due to the time of season (late April) but the weather was nice and hot and my daughter and I wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather. I also found the treadmills could have used some lube. They were a bit squeaky.

even though the hotel is a bit far from the city, the free shuttle service to and from the airport makes it suitable as a place to stay after arriving on a late night flight or before an early morning flight. there is also a free shuttle service to the train station which was super convenient as well. the shuttle is always on time so no need to worry about missing your flight! the 7-eleven at the hotel lobby was an added bonus. the 24hr reception made the check-in and check-out hassle free. the rooms were comfortable enough to fit 2 people, and the bathroom was clean. i was very satisfied with my stay that i booked the hotel twice during my stay in japan!

as i was staying at the smoking floor (no rooms available on the non-smoking floors), the smell of smoke can be a bit overwhelming.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. It was right next to a Spa Resort, which guests could use for free. It was awesome and relaxing especially after jetlag. It had a Conbini right in the hotel lobby. There is also a shuttle transfer from Narita Airport to the Hotel.

The rooms were a little outdated. Especially the bathroom could use some renovations. But it was still nice.
