The room and the breakfast was ok... The hotel staffs were so friendly ... Free shuttle to airport and city... and back ... it was excellent... It was so convenient... !!! Simply Loved it... Thank you Narita Gateway Hotel ......

The room and the breakfast was ok... But the breakfast could have slightly more variety .... still it was ok .... The bed could have been soft-ier ... the blanket could have been thicker ... it was cold... Also, I could've asked for another blanket ... But I did not ... Not your Fault..... There could be separate smoking room as there were many smokers in the lobby ... Still... it was ok...

I love the idea that the free shuttle at Narita gateway hotel gave guess the option to shuttle from hotel to airport , mall , or Narita station . Being that im from the USA this worked out in my favor i did not own a bus pass nor special scuai card .

Honestly the bed . I found the matress to be a bit tough and solid instead of soft of firm . I guess in due time the matress will probably get broken in by numerous customers than repleased .

Outstanding hotel in terms of room size, facilities, staff cooperation , cleanliness, value of money, everything was perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was the location because it was too far from main city and specially for Muslims it’s difficult to stay because no Muslim/halal food available in Narita or surroundings.

Location area was very beautiful but for a foreigner visitors not recommended to stay because it’s far from main city and specially for Muslim visitors there is no Halal food in the sourroundings.

Very nice and friendly staff. We were able to get an early check in at good value thank you. Very clean hotel and rooms. Free shuttle bus to the airport is a great addition, than you.

Unfortunately the shop was closed on a Sunday afternoon which didn't allow us to get food as we were in transit and too tired to go out again. The vending machines worked but not much selection for a proper meal.

Surprisingly large rooms for a Japanese hotel, and such good value. The staff were very friendly, and when I was waiting an hour with my baby in the lobby, they brought over some toys for him to play with. Great to have a convenience store on sight too, and the free shuttle from the airport was easy to use.

Can't say there was anything I didn't like. I didn't try the food, so can't comment.

Good facilities, quite spacious room, provides shuttle bus to/fr Narita Airport, Aeon mall, train station. It helps us a lot in traveling. Helpful staff with moderate English skills

We spent 2 nights at the hotel and there wasn’t any cleaning or making up our rooms during our stay. We were given new towels that were put in front of our door

☆Affordable price for spacious clean room and beds. ☆Shuttle bus service from Airport. ☆We loved European style settings even though the dated equipment and furniture. ☆There is a convenient store near the lobby.

-The location is remote with no access for any good restaurants nearby. -The restaurant has very limited options for breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Lots of food choices.

We arrived around 7 pm. The only restaurant openned was a buffet dinner restaurent. It charged very high price but served limited choices of food and drinks. It is highway robery.

Convenient stay over close to the airport after arriving late. Regular shuttle to take you from and to the airport. The next day the shuttle was full to take us to the train station, the hotel arranged and paid for a taxi to take us there. Will highly recommend this hotel, great value for money.
