The hotel includes a cafe and we at breakfast there and bought some coffee in the evening. The presentation and taste is phenomenal! They use charcoal to color everything black with contrast with he white grey interior of the cafe for a super aesthetic design. They had a special strawberry short cake latte I tried that I loved! The breakfast sandwiches are also huge and super delicious. I wish I could have had a chance to try their French toast, but will definitely come again next time!

I'm a deep sleeper so I did not have any issues, but if you're someone who sleeps lightly, capsule hotels might not be your thing. But that's a given!

One of my favourite hostel stays I have ever had! Not only was the location excellent in the Shinsaibashi area (a five min walk from Shinsaibashi station), the aesthetics within the hostel were just the coolest. There was an extensive variety of books and manga within the hostel, as well as a fabulous cafe attached to the reception area. Upon check-out, my friend and I were able to get iced mocha and iced matcha drinks. We enjoyed them within the comfort of the bright and spacious lobby area before heading out. Thank you for the great stay!

The capsules/bed area got a bit hot as there is minimal circulation. Maybe don't pack your flannel pajamas!

Super convenient location as it's one street away from the Shinsaibashi shopping street.. If your maps app says to take exit 2, that is incorrect. 4a if you need an elevator, otherwise take exit 5. Loved the vibe with all the books and manga. It was everything we could have wanted. Surprisingly comfortable and just the right size for my sibling and I; but the shower stalls might be a bit of a squeeze for someone around 6ft. Water pressure is good.

As other travellers have noted, it can get a bit warm inside. It's notably warmer than the common areas. Somehow as the weather changed it did improve. Also some extra signs would have helped, particularly in the bathrooms for like how to clean up after and such, or the socket wattages.

The location was very handy for various subway stations. The capsules were big enough to sit up in and read. It was reasonably priced. On the whole it was a very slick operation, getting towels and bedding etc. The provided loungewear was comfy. It was also interesting to look at the sleep tracking data that they provide, like the number of times you turned over in the night.

It would be nice if the sleep tracking reports could be sent sooner (ideally in the day immediately following the sleep) - they are currently sent a week after your stay which means you can't remember how well you felt like you slept to compare that with the data. The only other small niggle was that it was a little bit of a faff to get to the lockers from your capsule - they were in the basement and so you had to use the lift to get to them - slightly annoying if you had forgotten one small thing! There also wasn't much room down there to open up your bag and so in the mornings, when everyone was getting ready, I often had to wait for the people with the lockers near mine to be finished packing before I could get to my locker.

The location is really good. The staff is very nice The room is quite different and fun, and there's great luggage storage under the beds. Although I didn't try it, there's a café, which is also the entrance and it seems quite popular so I can only assume it's good. Maybe I'll try it when I come back.

I'll have to nitpick a little to find things I didn't like. For example, the entrance to the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable to climb in on, and it would help if there was a second button for the light by the entrance.

This was a very unique way to experience a capsual hotel while in Japan, travelling with my 14 year old son (most capsule hotels have seperate floors or buildings for different sexes) It was very easy to find after getting off the bullet train in Osaka. A short level walk with our suitcase. Very friendly, efficient staff. The decor was so peaceful and lovely. Linen was clean, size of the capsule bed was fine and it was air conditioned well ( days were 36 degrees) after exploring Osaka for dinner, we went back, had a shower ( facilities just fine) and then relaxed reading some books with a coffee from the on site cafe. It was secure, we could leave our luggage there the next day for a few hours while we explored some more. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay again again for a night in Osaka.

I can’t think of anything to improve the place more to be honest!

The location of this hostel is very near to the underground station. It was very easy to find. Also, very much close to the destinations like Dotonburi, Americamura etc. If you are going to Osaka for food travel or shopping (both brand and streetwear, this is the place to stay. Also, the interior is unique with their books collections. I found both Japanese and English books there. So, if you are a book lover and tired of walking along with the crowd of Osaka, take a cup of coffee from the counter and start reading books while sipping their delicious coffee. The overall complex was very clean and spacious. The bed was Japanese sleeping mats, which were comfortable enough.

The air conditioning system should be monitored with the weather. It becomes a bit more uncomfortable on a sunny day. The temperature could be down to a few more degrees to ensure comfort. Otherwise, I would have given a perfect 10.

The capsule double bed was clean and large enough for my partner and I. The atmosphere in the hostel was nice and quiet too. The location is perfect too as it is near the Shinsaibashi station which has 2 lines, and near Dontonburi area.

The common area outside the capsule bed is shared with daily customers who wish to use the reading area, which causes some awkward interactions when I leave the capsule in my pajamas while daily customers are outside. However as the reading area is only open during the later part of the morning, this does not occur unless I sleep in. Additionally, the bag storage area underneath the capsules is questionable as it can be too small to fit all the bags from the top and bottom bunks.

Very convenient location and the place looks really cool. The front lobby is also a hip cafe.

The ladder to upper capsule (cabin) is placed badly. Not centrally align with the cabin door which make it very difficult to climb up and down. (Although I am a medium size guy). And the edge of the ladder is very sharp. You might get an accidental cut during the climb.

The location is prime for those who want to be situated in the middle of Shinsaibashi. I also really enjoyed how smooth the check-in procedures were and the kindness of the staff. The bunks themselves are fairly basic, but they are comfortable and come with a safe so you know your things are secure. The reading space is a dream, and it's perfect to just hang out in your bunk and read!

The entrance of the building was a little tricky to find, I had to look around the corner for the signage. It is there though, but I think a street-level sign would be helpful. The bunks could also do with a USB charging slot, but there are two regular sockets and that should be just fine for most people.
