Perfect location surrounded by many shops and restaurants. There is a good supermarket named Aeon Food Style Higashishinsaibashi, in which we could get all delicious seafood that we like! The room is small but clean; the breakfast is simple but tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful.

In the first morning after our check-in, we found the door lock was damaged so it couldn’t be locked. The hotel staff told us this could not be fixed soon so we have to move to another room.It took us more than half an hour to move all our things to the new room. This is rather disappointing cause it delayed our touring plan, and ruined our good mood of traveling! And the bed is too soft.

Close to metro station , many restaurants near by, short walk to Dontobori. Breakfast was included and it provides varieties of food and juices . A female staff called Tanaka was very helpful and friendly.

A staff couldn’t assist to book a big taxi for next day and no recommendation. Luckily there was plenty taxi around early morning, surprised that they don’t know many taxi around even on a weekday !

The beds were comfortable, the toilet seats were warm. We loved the small, deep baths. Just perfect after a big day out. There were great restaurants all around ranging from traditional Japanese to a great Irish Pub across the road. Supermarkets were everywhere as was great retail shopping, all within a short walk. Shinsaibashi Station was an easy 10 minute walk away. And the breakfast was great! Lots of choice and we loved the fresh juices and smoothies every morning. We would definitely come back here again. Great value for money.

The room and bathroom were a little small when you have to accommodate luggage as well, but we knew this before arriving and one of the reasons we chose The Comfort Inn was because they had some of the larger rooms available anywhere in the area. So it’s not really a negative!

I loved that it was a great location, very near from the famous Glico man. The price was excellent, and the bed was really comfortable. Also, breakfast was the best!! They had a variety of things each day, such as fresh fruit, yogurt, pain au chocolat, croissants, waffles, vegetables, salads, scrambled eggs, sausages, granola, cereal and so much more.

Nothing to say, it’s a little tiny but nothing odd since most of Japan’s hotels are like that.

Location is absolutely perfect. All the back streets of the Dotonbori are right there. Loads of eateries and bars and of course the river a few blocks away. Covered walkways shops, quirky little places scattered around and if really necessary there’s a McD’s. The room was very small but who cares. Be tidy. Room and bathroom extremely clean. We had 521 with a view. Maid was lovely. Always smiling. Breakfast was ok. Good for continental style and a few Japanese extras. Coffee was excellent and orange juice good. Free lemon water all day and coffee and tea up to midnight. Check-in staff a delight. Very reasonable cost for 4 nights including a weekend.

There was one member of staff at breakfast with a bit of a miserable attitude when we asked for help with a faulty coffee machine. Perhaps his wife had left him - gee, I wonder why 🤔

Second stay at the Comfort. Same as before. Brilliant location, lovely staff. Small room and bathroom but it’s fine if you’re organised and it’s just a place to sleep. Nice breakfast catering mainly for Japanese but with a few decent European options. Very good coffee and juice. Lemon water and coffee available all day and night. Very good WiFi. Large convenience store right downstairs. Hotel provides a convenient place to store your luggage. Close to Dotonbori and a labyrinth of little alleys and side streets. Not a bad word to say about this place.

Staff members were very friendly. Room was compact yet space utilization / placement of amenities were apt and convenient. Generous sockets (2 by the bed and another 2 by the desk) Breakfast was good and filling; take-out containers available if you wanna pack some and eat in your room Was able to get a room on the same floor as the vending machines and laundry which made it very convenient Overall, pleasant stay!

A bigger room, but I think it's standard for Japan to have small and compact rooms. Bath tub was a bit small, but still managed to fit, I wish there were grips or friction stickers at the bottom of the tub for lesser risk of slipping!

they offer only what you need, at a fair price. their bfast buffet is small but the selections are perfect (only what you need and tastes good). what we like most is that their dining area/lounge is available to guests for the whole day with complementary water and tea/coffee. we can easily do take-out and eat at their lounge. they even have a microwave oven. their rooms are OK and laundry area was helpful. location is top-notch!

rooms are not entirely sound proof so we requested for room far from street which they accommodated.

Room size only good to open 2 cabin size luggage, bed was comfy and cosy for 2 Asian adults. Addition child to sleep in will be cramped! Great location with Lawson mart near to hotel. Breakfast was scrumptious 😋 and staff were excellent, they tried to understand guest language and help out! Easy to find Comfort Hotel,6mins walk from Nagahoribashi station(take exit 7) have to carry luggage on stairs and turn right after exit .

Convenient place, very quick check-in and check-out. A lot of amenities. Big place to eat breakfast and relax in evening. Good view on a busy street of Osaka. Good and warm room.

Well, it is a big chain of hotels, so the attention to each and every guest is not a priority, I guess. Nothing wrong with that, but after all other Japanese hotels it is quite unusual in a slightly bad way. The room and amenities and breakfast were super good. But the attitude of staff was quite a downside.
