Clean and new shower with comfy beds. Location is excellent. I would stay here again.

Would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom.

The location of is very good. Just downstairs is the Shinsaibashi shopping street. The staff are very friendly and the room is very clean. The 38-square-meter room is quite spacious in Japanese hotel. The overall accommodation experience is very good!

The location of this hotel is great. It’s near Shinsaibashi great for shopping. City view is great.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the station, about a solid 8 minute walk at a comfortable pace. It does have a Daiso nearby, which is convenient. The hotel is about a 30 ish minute walk from Dotonburi though, which is very convenient. The bathroom is actually quite spacious compared to the rest of the room. The bathroom we booked had a lavatory that was separated from the shower and tub by a glass door, which was very comfortable. The bed is quite comfortable and there are USB outlets at each side of the bed so you can charge your phone comfortably. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they also seem to speak several languages (Japanese, Korean, English). The service provided for the value was okay.

The room is quite tiny and it is hard to open multiple suitcases in the room.

Superb location in shinsaibashi. short walk to the subway station and close to all shopping and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good but not a lot of variety on the menu so you probably having most the same dishes every day. But food quality is good. specious bathroom with separate shower area which is very nice.

Room is a bit tight for a triple room but still ok as i like the spacious bathroom.

I really enjoyed how attentive the staff was to us! The lobby was very warmly lit and there were comfortable chairs around. You could get hot chocolate at the lobby and the restaurant downstair was AMAZING!!! The rooms very very comfy and very clean. The location was at the heart of all things tourist and was ideal for those who want to explore the heart of the city.

i wish the room clean up was faster, maybe we were at the end of the hallway, but if it could be tidied up faster it would've been great, not really a complaint

Nice and spacious rooms. Modern interior and great location in the heart of Osaka's main shopping street. The staff was great and solved all our challenges with additional business requirements for paperwork. Anyway, it's great for a short business trip.

The only bad thing was that there was no option to open the window, so in the hotel, there was no option to get fresh air. Anyway, the air conditioning system was good, so not great, not terrible.

We liked the location of the hotel. It's very near shopping area and restos. Walking distance to Dotonbori and train stations. We loved the free hot chocolate at the reception. Short taxi ride to Shin-Osaka station and Osaka City Airport Terminal (OCAT). Note that taxis are small in Osaka. We had to get 2 taxis to fit in all our luggage. The room is spacious enough for a family of 4.

Location is great next to a shopping street and a huge parking space (with a fee) so if you plan to do some side trip from the hotel it will be great. The room is spacious and all equipment is clean and well maintained. The hotel is located between 2 subway stations so it is really easy to go anywhere.

Variety of breakfasts is very limited with just one type of egg/sausage/bacon/etc. for 4 days straight. It kinda get boring on 3rd and 4th day of the stay. Hope they at least 2 days.
