Room, Location(BEST), Clean, Good breakfast, Friendly and Reliable Staff. Location is best and near/accessible to all our destinations. Our first Osaka dinner meal was a 2min walk to McDonald's. The nearest train stations were: Shinsaibaishi (4min walk to the R) and Nagahoribashi(7min walk to L). It is a 4min walk to the Shinsaibashi-Suji street where Malls like Daimaru are located and a 11-14min walk to the Dotonbori Glico Sign. It is readily accessible to our our itinerary locations and meet-ups for day-tours. Pokemon cafe is at the Daimaru Shinsaibaishi (do book ahead at least 2months ahead but you can try your luck if some appts get cancelled). We arranged van pickups(USJ transfer; KIX transfer) and usually we were the first clients to be picked-up. After a day's tour, we usually alight from Namba station and walk towards the Hotel. Major malls are usually til 8pm. It was our first time to have an automated check-in to a hotel using our passports. The Lobby was quite unique that it'll be memorable for kids with their dino and robot set-up. Staff is readily available for assistance by pressing this option on the monitor. Check-out is a breeze with inserting the room keycard/s into the machine. Room is clean and complete with amenities/accessories as advertised. Our bed is spacious for a family of 3, but with minimal space for opening our luggage. We have to set them upright with organizers on top of luggage for easy access to our clothes. Our pillows are too soft for us but we were provided one blanket each as requested during booking. Bath mat, bath and hand towels are provided daily. For our week stay, room cleaning was every 3rd day. There are 2 service elevators to our floor. Breakfast was good for us from 630-930(LO) and with a limited space, guests were allowed to bring breakfast to their rooms. Breakfast included rice balls, breads/pastries, cereals, miso soup, milk, coffee/tea and juices.

A stuffier pillow could have been better but still we had a good night's sleep after a long day.

We stayed here for three nights to experience it at least once in our lives. If you like to be welcomed by friendly dinosaurs, go here. They could even go next level with the dino theme inside the rooms. It’s just around the corner from shops, restaurants, etc. I like how calm it was in the street of the hotel before stepping out into the bustling centre of Osaka or going back to rest. The bathroom was very spacious, and cleverly divided into bath and toilet separately. The room itself was just about spacious enough with all our luggage. The staff we did see was friendly and offered to clean the room on an off day (unless requested).

We think the window didn’t close completely so there was a bit of a windy noise, nothing to keep you awake though.

this was my FAVOURITE stay in japan!!! firstly the dinosaurs were AWESOME but secondly, everything was so convenient!!! checking in and checking out was so easy. the location was literally THE BEST!!! 2 minutes from the station exit. 4 minute walk to shinsaibashi. 10 minutes to dontonburi. the location was literally perfect. we booked this for the novelty of the dinosaurs for a short while but now i wish this was our main accomodation and that we stayed here longer. the hotel offers onigiri rice balls for breakfast and they make it for you on the spot!!! i honestly loved staying here so much

It was really adorable (and easy) to have the dinosaurs check you in. the little robot guys are cute too. I got a king size bed room for $160. I stayed one night and think it was worth the price. the bed and pillows seemed hard at first but it actually was very comfortable to sleep on. The room wall had some scuffs from luggage so it wasn’t maintained to perfection but it was clean. The best part of the room was the soak -in bathtub with the separate shower portion. Just like an onsen. Chair included too. the king bed and bath/shower were great after the flight. The included breakfast was good too. Fresh onigiri, miso soup, yogurt, cereal. pastries etc.

no workout area but I guess you get to walk a lot in Japan

Modernish hotel located just across the street from Shinsabashi. Connected to Shinsaibashi Station Mido-Suji line subway via the underground shopping mall (come out at Exit 8 and you're right at the entrance of the lane leading to the hotel). Stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is in a quiet office neighbourhood, with Family Marts just around the corner.

Wasn't too sure of the automated check-in procedures and the dinosaurs were more of a gimmick than anything else. Had to call for human assistance, so you have to wait a bit if there were other travellers checking in.

I was curious about this hotel experience with dinosaur robots, apart from other criterias. Actually robotic welcome is definitely interesting but quite limited, and you easily end in requesting a human support (always available). Hotel is in a nice location for shopping, sightseeing and public transport, and rooms are bigger then avarage for same price, so overall good price/quality ratio. Services are anyway quite limited. Staff is really helpful and met my expectations when facing an issue upon check-in.

Breakfast, served in a cafe' next door to the hotel, in limited in choice / quantity and quality should be improved.

Dinosaurus receptionists are very cute, and rooms are nice modern. Ok size as well. Location was really great!

Would be nice if there was somewhere to hang the hand towel, since sink is in the room and not bathroom. Also, I thought I booked room with big bed for 2, but we got 2single beds, which then staff member pulled together. Was ok in the end. It would be nice that dinosaurs greet people when they enter hotel, otherwise they are just programed for check in. But really nothing too bad. Just some comments for improvement :)

Great location with everything you need close by. Breakfast was simple but very good and the rice balls were prepared fresh and tasted great. The lounge had cookies in the afternoon and you could make a cocktail in the evening. The robots at reception worked well and were a great addition to our trip!!

Too hot in the room upon check-in because airco only works when the hotel card is present. It's a shame the robot theme was not present in the room.

Cool concept with dinosaurs, offered a variety of drinks or snacks throughout the day. Lockers available for late check in at 3:00pm. Great location that’s close walking distance to main shopping areas.

Confusing at first. Dinosaurs at front desk were cool to look at but weren’t helpful. Check in doesn’t start until 3pm and is all self check in, but the screens don’t come on until 3pm. Thought each room would have more of a theme, not just the lobby.

Really interesting and fun hotel with robots as the receptionists. I made a request and they accommodated us in our room and it was so nice! Check-in was easy and seamless, and the room was spacious! There were also many convenience stores and Starbucks around, making it a great base for us in Osaka. Also it was really close to the subway.

The bed was a bit stiff and not the softest. The headboard was a bit dusty but it wasn't terrible. It wasn't a bad place to stay by any means though.
