Hotel is very chic. Very nice lobby and lounge area for sitting around. The room is absolutely beautiful. I loved the views from my room, and the facilities in the room was adequate and suited what I needed. Lots of space to place stuff if you needed it.

No shower rooms for cases where you just wanted a quick shower and didn't want the hassle of going to the public bath. It isn't the biggest problem, but there was a day where I just wanted to shower and sleep but I had to prepare to go to the public bath area even though I just wanted a shower.

I had my own room with desk and TV etc., no shower but on the 10th floor there is a huge onsen style bath with just the right temperature (women and man separated). There were no one in the bath area when I went there at 5 pm, so good to go earlier if you are as shy as me, but even at 7 pm or so, there were a maximum of 2-3 people inside. It is quite, you can't hear your neighbor at all. There is a common space where you can work, there is a nice street view also. Oh, an SO cheap, I couldn't even believe I was able to stay two nights in a private room AND with onsen AND with a café shop on the first floor with this price!

This was my second time staying here. I enjoyed the access to gluten free breakfast, lunch and dinner in their lobby cafe. I was also happy with the selection of restaurants nearby that had gluten free meal options. The public bath on the top floor was really warm and relaxing. They also have a very good guest lounge with very modern decor. Lastly, I was also very appreciative of the response to my request for a quiet room. They allocated the perfect room!

The compact rooms are extremely compact but OK if you're only planning on sleeping there. The pillow was a little too hard and high.

Location is next to crystal street, it’s very convenient. The staff are nice and helpful. Self laundry service is convenient. There is public bath for relax.

There is public bath only (not share-bathroom) if you stay for the room without private bathroom. It is not good for women during the sanitation period. The rubbish bit doesn’t clear after last guest check-out. The air-conditioner cannot adjust at single room floor, you may need to contact frontdesk for adjust.

The hotel is in a central position and there are a lot of services (restaurants, subway, shops) all around. The staff is kind and available for everything. Also, the common bath was really nice and refreshing. Beds were super comfy too. Highly recomanded especially if you are travelling alone!

The front is in the same place as a cafè and it can be a little bit confusing. Also, if you're not used to common baths in Japan, this can be a little uncomfortable.

Well-designed boutique hotel. Superb location with the underground street leading to the key Shinsabashi station. (Great to avoid the chilly winter cold from walking on street level) Soothing music played in the communal space which is esthetically & functionally designed.

Sometimes, there may be just one staff at the reception counter. And getting a Taxi from the hotel entrance in the morning may not be as easy as it seems.

The staff was really nice, they treated me well and helped me a lot with the luggage delivery service. They were really profitable. I didn't ate there but it seemed like a good food in affordable prices. The local was really good, 10 minutes walk to Osaka night life area and close to the metro station. The facilities such as Sauna,shower and hot tub were the highlight.

Room: very comfortable and clean. Staff: very kind and helpful. Public bath: super comfortable. Location: really really good, located a very short walk from the Nagahoribashi subway station, and a few minutes from Shinsaibashi station. You could also walk between the stations underground, with some very good restaurants and stores in between. Wifi: very good. Price: very good.

the common bathroom! loved the public bath and as well the common area. it’s so instagrammable! the coffee shop downstairs also serves superb food and drinks with cute and picture perfect corners.

the bedroom seems stuffy and the under-bed is not clean. full of trash probably from other visitors. the room seems old 😅 doesn’t suit the lobby, common room and bath 🧐

I usually don't have reviews, but this place is hands down the best place I've stayed in Japan. The hotel aesthetic is top tier, the facilities are great and the staff are wonderful! Plus the cafe downstairs is just a nice touch to start your day before exploring Osaka!

If I had to put something, I wasn't a huge fan of the pillow.
