The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the service is good. The room is not big but enough for necessary travel items. The bed was very large and comfortable. The location is very good, very convenient for shopping and taking the subway. If you're like us and want to avoid those popular restaurants introduced by vloggers, the hotel staff will also recommend delicious restaurants that locals love to go to. If your itinerary is in the afternoon, don't worry, the hotel can store your luggage for free after you check out in the morning. And the hotel The hotel also provides a very thoughtful service of borrowing adapters. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I go to Osaka.

Centralized location within short walking distance to various train stations, convenience stores, eateries & shopping malls. The hotel is also clean and housekeeping was done well daily. It is even better that the hotel provides free hot/iced coffee at the reception.

It might get a little noisy at night from the outside environment but it can't be helped due to its location so it is not really a fault of the hotel. Note that the room is comfortable enough for 1 person to stay in but might be a little challenging for 2 person to stay.

This hotel is well situated amongst a good selection of bars, clubs and of course restaurants. If you fancy, the shopping arcade is less than a 5 minute walk away. Dotonbori is also just about 10 minutes away. Other places such as Osaka Castle and Universal Studios Japan are both within 10 and 40 minutes away respectively when using public transport. The room itself was spacious, clean, well-lit and very well presented.

For long-term travellers, the hotel does not provide a washer and dryer, other issues are more to do with the location rather than being the fault of the hotel; but more a consequence of the location, for example, you'll often hear lots of shouting in the early hours due to the number of nearby bars etc and some of the other people who might be staying can be noisy too.

The hotel located in the heart of shinsaibashi, everything is so close by from food, sightseeing to shopping as well as Metro station. The property has a great facilities in terms of room bathroom as well as good staff. The staff helped us with great suggestions of sightseeing, as well as providing us the plug to help us utilise. Definitely would recommend this hotel everything so close by

Everything was great, but this hotel does not provide breakfast however, as there is a lot of local restaurants in calf next to the hotel I didn’t think there was anything that we did not.

It is a nice hotel very close to the city centre and Dotombori street. It has two metro lines close so you can easily move around Osaka and also the main train station (3 stops). The staff is great, friendly and always there to help you with everything.

Maybe the room could have been a little bigger but I guess almost all hotel in Japan have the same size. Check in are always from 15:00 but they always keep your luggage for free.

Location, it is just a couple of minutes walk to Shinsaibashi, less than 10 minutes to the Shinsaibashi station. The room size is the typical size for most of the Japan's hotel but the bathroom is bigger than usual which I like it.

Maybe on the room make-up service, for the second day - it's seems like it was done half way, the bins were cleared but there was supposed to have a bag over it which it wasn't so I had to place it myself. The used towels were not taken away yet we are given new towels so we had many many towels. However overall, the cleanliness is still good, only if compared to the usual Japan standard - it's not something I would expect happening.

Good location - easy to get from the train station and move around. Clean

The room is very small , I could barely move around and open my carry-on bag. Bed mattress and pillows are very hard . I asked for a softer pillow and slept on top of the duvet cover for better softness. Rude front desk . One of the front desk receptionists was very rude , saying that I had not left a bag with them when I had left. And only looked for my bag (which was there) when I got annoyed, had to raise my voice and stop asking her to say that I was lying. Such gsshlighting-like behavior is unacceptable.

We had many options to choose from but we are thankful that we chose this hotel. It is very convenient. There are is a family mart nearby and the strip of the Shinsaibashi retail stores are a stone throw away. It is around 7 mins walk to Dotonbori and 14 mins walk Namba and Kuromon Market where there are lots of things you can do and eat. The staff knows how to speak English too. They are very helpful and smiling. We were able to leave our luggage as we arrived early and departed late for our overnight bus to Tokyo. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would surely stay again.

The room is small as expected but it is okay when you just need to sleep and go out. There is so much to do in Osaka that you can't afford just being at the hotel. Otherwise, you will regret for not using up the whole day to tour around.

Very central walkable to a lot of sites and close to public transport. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff were really helpful when we needed to find a doctor who could speak English nearby.

The double bed rooms are quite small so just be mindful esp if you are carrying a lot of luggage. The twin share not so bad. Would also be nice if there was a common area but understand it’s the area most places are quite compact

Modern looking hotel. Rooms clean. Very good location. Coin throw away from Dotonbori. Also a lot of shopping and good food within walking distance. Easy to go around places with nearby train station. Very helpful front desk staff, helped filling out luggage transfer forms.

No coin laundry in the hotel premise. But there is one 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
