1. Good central location. Within walking distance of Dontonbori 2. They have a big Manga library, although the English ones are limited. You can borrow 10 at a time to read in your room but you can't take them outside the hotel. I did manage to read some of the Japanese ones using Google Lens to translate but it would be good if the hotel had a bigger English collection. 3. good wifi and AC 4. they give pyjamas and slippers. Bathroom has a bath and all the amenities you would need. 5. nice and quiet

Location: quiet area, nearby Dotonburi and shopping streets, convenience. Room: got corner room so was quiet. A little tight in space but better than expected. The older man staff was friendly and helpful, unlike his younger colleague guys.

Smell of lobby reeks of cigarettes all the time. Can't hang around to check out the Mangas. Fridge has no freezer.

Very clean and more space than expected for a twin room! The location was easy to access and luckily we were able to find parking nearby. There are many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance as well as train stations if needed.

The hair dryer was a little weak. The water in the shower doesn’t stay at a hot temperature for long and returns to a warm temperature quickly. I also wish there were more pillows available on the bed.

The location is extremely central and the food and shopping options in this area are plenty. The building is well maintained, with lots of convenient facilities, including a manga library for guests. Room is small but well equipped. Staff are always ready to help.

The location is good just a few steps from the train station and a short walk to Namba walking street. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel which you can enjoy while you stay.

The remote air conditions is hard to set sometimes.

this trip is planning for family trip, enjoy food, shopping and views. suddenly my son get sick, the staff help us to call Ambulance which send out to hospital that solves our terrible problem. so much thx for this hotel and staffs helping! if I arrive Osaka I make sure I will stay there.

The location is very good, near Family mart and seven eleven. Not far from metro and Dontonburi. It is also in a quiet area which is very good.

The is quite small.

The location is great near the station and there are lot of restaurants and cafe nearby the hotel. The staff was nice. The room is a bit small but it's OK.
