The hotel's location was excellent, making our exploration of Osaka incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Situated in the heart of Osaka, it provided easy access to some of the city's most iconic attractions and famous neighborhoods. Whether it was strolling through Dotonbori's lively streets (10min walk), visiting the historic Osaka Castle, or going to the metrostation(5min walk), everything was just a stone's throw away. This convenience greatly enhanced our trip and allowed us to make the most of our time in the city. The rooms were clean, and the attention to detail in housekeeping was evident. This level of cleanliness added to my comfort and created a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere during my stay.

-Clean Rooms, soft beds, cold rooms, twin room is ideal for 2 people with luggage -Free coffee and tea at the express cafe, spacious express cafe and fast wifi ideal for remote working -Staffs are very much helpful, all of them are so accommodating. there was a little language barrier but they did their best to communicate! appreciate you all especially Rav (I forgot the his whole name, but the tall guy receptionist every morning) -Location is great as it is just along the Shinsaibashi Street. Near shopping and food area. -Laundry room and ice vending machine are available -They stored our luggage for a few days when we went to Tokyo. this is available as long as you have a next booking with them!

Small rooms are the japanese standard. We are a couple with a 10 year old. They gave us two twin beds. We pushed them together and made it into one King. It worked well enough. The bathroom was very efficient, clean and functional. Heated toiled seat with spray jets. Such a wonder. Tickles your fancy. Heated bathroom mirror that did not fog up. Great temperature control on the shower, good pressure nothwithstanding the fact that we were on the top floor. Comfortable beds and those pillow with beads in part of them. Very comfortable. Good staff. Wifi was free.

Common area downstairs was not open 24 hours a day. Could of used it traveling from the U.S. and still being on other time zones for work. Wifi could have been better.

1) The free coffee/tea station in the lobby - it's clean, decent tasting, and even comes with ice! 2) Beds were ideal. Not too soft or hard. Twin beds can also easily be combined into one. 3) Air conditioners were also clean and well-maintained. The remote control buttons needed a little translating using a phone app but worked perfectly. 4) The "Do Not Disturb" and "Please clean the room" door magnet system is easy to use and the cleaning service was great. The cleaners were careful not to rearrange our personal items on the floor too much. 5) It's 2 minutes away from the Shinsaibashi strip mall (which is protected from strong sun and is cooler due to ACs from many stores there). You can walk this path ALL the way to Dotonbori & Glico man sign

1. No anti-slip mats in bathroom. The tubs were also very high - something that could be a hinderance for those with movement disabilities or advanced age. 2. The rooms were decently sound-proofed except some loud door-slamming can be heard late at night or early mornings. Maybe warning signs can be put up? 3. Thumping from rooms below or above can also be heard if there are kids or people walking loudly. 4. Distance from Dotonbori - being a bit away from Dotonbori affords you a quiet hotel, but it can be a lot of walking especially if you're staying during summer or your trip's main focus is Dotonbori.

It’s very near the restaurants and shops in Shinsaibashi, but it’s in the quieter side of Shinsaibashi. It’s right beside a kindergarten so that gave us peace of mind that we’re in a safer area. We could see Daimaru from our window and there’s also a Coco Ichibanya and Ippudo nearby so that’s a plus. The last time I went to Osaka, I stayed in an airbnb near love hotels, so my stay this time was definitely a more pleasant experience.

It’s a budget hotel in Japan so a small room was expected. But to be honest it didn’t feel like a budget hotel because the room and bathroom were VERY clean, there were no molds and water marks in the bathroom.

It was in a very good, central location. The room was small but quite comfortable and modern. Good shower and water pressure. Make sure to tell someone if you leave later so that your room can be made up. The staff was kind and tried to be helpful even though not all of them spoke English.

We had to ask to change rooms after the first night. The third floor was much too close to a school and you could hear them clearly (the teacher seemed to use a microphone) in the playground from 9am. The hotel was very accommodating and moved us to the 10th floor.

Clean, location near subway.

Lounge area opens late 9am, cannot even get coffee earlier than 9am as per the senior male front desk clerk, though the younger clerk on different days was more permissive. Dryer takes a while to dry clothes- between 1 to 1.5hrs

The property was a three minute walk to the subway station and and about a 10-15 minute walk to Dotonbori area. It was close enough to walk to but far enough for it not to be noisy. Convenient area.

They didn’t clean out our glasses and we requested for a non-smoking room but the hotel put us in a room near the smoking area so there were times our room smelled like cigarettes. The pillows were also a little uncomfortable.

very convenient location, just few minutes walk to the shopping streets in Shinsaibashi view is good on the 8f

you have to lock your luggage in the luggage room yourself. the room is open to everyone and there are not enough locks which means your suitcase can be taken by someone if you do not secure a lock. the daily cleaning is done roughly. there is no freeze zone in the fringe for my ice-cream :(

we like the location of the hotel. it is near the train station, near shopping areas, near good restaurants, near Dotonbori, and near convenient stores.

there’s always a room for improvement. I had few occassions of allergy and I think it’s the AC filter or carpet that’s giving me that.
