I am not sure whether how the guest with wheelchair can go up to the lift hall. There might be another lift but I coudnt find it. Great service of the staff, value for money. Very accessible as only 2mins walk from Metro station. Location was very good with 7/11 just un front of the building and family mart adjacent to the next block. I appreciate that they joined the beds into one big king bed upon request. Allows luggage storage before check-in is a plus. We had to rush out after check-in and only noticed when we came back at night that the room smells cigarette smoke. Reported to the front desk and the next day when we came home, the room was in great condition, no trace of smoke. Excellent service. Thank you so much!

not a big deal, but have to carry the luggage a few steps up to level one where the elevator was.

The convenient location is the biggest bonus for this hotel. We enjoyed walking distance to all attractions and shopping areas. The tasty gyoza restaurant and Mos burger restaurant are just right beside the hotel !!

No lift and we have to carry our big luggage with staircases. We stayed for 4 nights and one of the air conditioner started leaking in the middle of the night and there was no reception service after 10pm. The hotel does not have taxi call service to airport.

we experienced minor earthquake during our stay. the hotel staff was compassionate and understanding (maybe the locals already get used to quakes). they gave us more info on the incident and clear instructions on the evacuation.

It’s a great location right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. 7-11 store just across, Family Mart just nearby. A 5-minute walk to the main shopping strip. It is easy to locate. The triple room is comfortable, bathroom is big for Japan standards.

Wifi connection is crappy - that’s the only thing we were dissatisfied about. I would have rated this a perfect hotel if they had great wifi.

Location was close to station and Dotonburi. 711 infront of the hotel. Laundry with vending machine, area where I did origami while waiting for my laundry. Free stuff in the reception which you can use daily. Receptionist were friendly and helpful.

Needed to tap my card a few times each time I need to enter my room.

Staff were nice. Nice to have triple rooms to accommodate a family in one room. Pillows were supportive. Shower was hot and strong. Location was good which was close to Shinsaibashi station. A variety of amenities were provided at the reception.

The staircase at the entrance makes it difficult to access the reception on the 2nd floor with luggage. Room a bit dusty on the floor around the beds. Toilet was a bit stuffy.

Not suitable for elderlies who cannot carry their own luggage because there are steps before you reach the lift to the reception.

No ramp from ground, youll have to carry your stroller/luggages around 10 steps

Location. Walking distance to shopping street, dontonburi, the mall, etc. Room was spacious. Not that big, but there was walking space even with our luggage open.

The elevator was open to everyone who enters the hotel. There was no security feature that limited access entry to floors beyond the lobby.
