We loved how clean it was. Their pajamas were very comfortable. It was also close to the main district.

The onsen does not allow people with tattoos. I hope that there would be a designated time that people with tattoos could use it.

This is our second Dormy Inn, and much like the first one we stayed at, we were very happy with everything. Since this is one of their "Premium" locations, the room was much bigger compared to our previous one- we could open 2 full-size luggage at a time - although of course it's still very compact by any other standard. Regardless, it was a cozy room with all hotel essentials, including the Dormy Inn pajamas that we love so much (saves you space from having to bring sleeping clothes). The facilities were as expected of a Dormy Inn - there are free washers and dryers that cost 100 yen for 20 minutes, there is a public bath which is pretty nice and well-maintained, free ramen and ice cream nightly, and free probiotic drinks daily. The location was pretty convenient, 5 minutes away from a subway station, 10 minutes away from another one in the opposite direction. It's a short-ish walk (maybe 10-15 minutes) from Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, etc. Because the location was so great, we hardly took public transit during our whole stay. We just walked everywhere. There is a Lawson right downstairs. There is a supermarket nearby. There is a taxi stand right across. It's really wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay again!

I'm just deducting 1 point because the "relaxation room" is tiny and could only fit 3 people at a time. The massage chairs were also out of service the whole time we were there, which was a bit disappointing as we had enjoyed these same amenities at our last Dormy Inn and were looking forward to them for this stay.

The hot spring and sauna facilities were really nice, the free drinks, ice cream, and ramen at night were enjoyable as well. The room is spacious and clean and can open all my luggages. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The free washing machines and clothes dryers at laundry is really a plus. They serve pretty delicious breakfast as well. Location is convenient, just 10mins walk away from Namba, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. A Lawson convenient store is just next to the hotel. So almost every thing you hope for a hotel is there, one can't hardly find any other hotel in the district which can beat this.

The bed was a bit too tough for me, and the pillow was a bit too flat. The massage chairs were out of service the whole time while I was there, which was quite disappointing.

We were very impressed by this hotel and the facilities. The location was perfect, right next to Dotonbori, was close to the station to get to Nara, and also close to Namba station to go directly to the airport. The room was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was serviced to a high standard each day with clean pyjamas left and drinking water replenished. What I really loved about this hotel was the onsen, sauna and cold pool. It was very beautiful and relaxing. They provided lots of complimentary items in the onsen area including hairbrushes, hair bands, and ice lollies, as well as a complimentary massage chair. Between 9.30pm and 11pm the hotel also provides free noodles, which we only had once but it was a nice extra. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Very glad we booked this place.

Everything was perfect, it is a great place to stay.

Great onsen. Comfortable room. The little thoughtful treats like ice creams, ramen and yakult at different times during the day.

Outside hotel there is lots of trash, not the hotels fault... seems like the city needs to install some trash bins for the dirty tourists who chuck crap all over the ground 😢

Onsen is such a relaxing treat after a day of eat, play and shop. Free popsicle and yakult. Only complaint is that the double rooms are a bit small but who need to stay in the hotel but going out. Location is terrific. Walking distance to Dotonbori and the Kuromon iciba market is literally minutes away.

We enjoy the hot spring facilities. Hotel offers free nudles and ice in the evening. Rooms were clean.

Beds were a bit too hard. The staff unfortunately could not help us to book taxi due to some internal policies, but was helpful with some advices.

Hot springs was really nice after a day walk, free drink and ice cream, ramen, massage chair, free washing machine is a plus, dry clothes is around 300yen, hotel is clean, staff are lovely, bed is comfortable, good location to airport and shopping around in Namba area.

This Dormy Inn is better than the one across the road it is more spacious and better hotsprings with a free yakult (certain timings) and massage chairs upstairs it is in a great central location within between Namba and Dotonbori also it's right near a 24/7 AEON supermarket with lawson and 7/11 downstairs for a 24hrs convenience.

My family and I enjoyed the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and spa area. My kids finished their bath and enjoyed ice cream. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a little small, but still comfortable. The location seems to be in a dirty part of the area. The hotel itself was clean.
