Location is very near train stations. Just a few steps away from dohtonbori and shinsaibashi shopping street. Room is clean, size is what you expect from the usual budget hotels in japan. We brought 3 luggages (small, medium and large). Space is just enough to open luggage one at a time. Fridge works well. Clothes iron and pants press are available upon request. Free amenities. Bed is comfortable.

The two pillows provided to us were different. One is soft and fluffy while the other one was a bit hard to my liking. Other than that, i can’t thing of anything else that I didn’t like………………………………

I loved the location! It was close enough to everything! It felt secure with the card access only for the doors and elevator. I also liked the little amenities they had in the front desk (coffee, good hair conditioner, etc). The air conditioner and humidifier were good.

There were some questionable stains in my room's wall. The fridge didn't seem to be cold enough. The front desk staff was good but there was a moment when the guy got on to the women rather harshly and it was uncomfortable. Like she was just trying to help dude, no need to be rude to her.

1. Friendly staff. They assisted us at the self check-in counter when it didn't accept my debit card (remember this facility is cashless payments only!). 2. Great location. The Nippombashi Station was just a minute walk away and Dotonbori Street was just a minute walk away as well. There is also a 7/11 nearby. 3. Clean room. Although we already expected it to be a small room (most hotel rooms in Japan are small), we were pleasantly surprised that it was comfy. 4. Fun lobby. Lots of free amenities, a currency exchange machine, and vending machines.

1. The hallway of our room (we stayed on the 13th floor) smelt like smoke right when we walked out of the elevator. It didn't bother us as much as our room didn't smell like smoke. I guess that is what happens when you book a room that's non-smoking. 2. The washing/drying machine could be better.

The location near nippombashi subway and 10 mintues walk from namba station. It located right in front the dontobori street. 7-11 is near the hotel and drug store is opposite from the hotel. You can check in via the machine but if you use debit card you have to check in with the front desk. You can left the luggage at the front desk before the check in time (3pm) There are amenity that you can take near the front desk and pajama near the elevator. Room is not big (standard japanese hotel) The hotel is clean. Breakfast is the same everyday, but all foods are good and tasty. The staffs are nice and helpful. The house keeping accidentally took our doll (with the used towel on the bed) and we get it back after we asked the front desk and sent the message to the hotel.

The location was very close to dotonbori, the free bath supplies, hair products, tooth brushes. Breakfast was very good, they did switch up their soup options towards the weekend. The tomato soup was very good. The staff at the front desk were very nice. They have free rentals of clear umbrellas if needed

While the staff at the front was very nice, the cleaning staff weren’t too friendly. Our room’s a/c only stayed on at times intervals. During the night we would wake up sweating. The drinks should be available throughout the day or night for a few hours. Maybe offer soup at night like other restaurants nearby

1. There is a luggage weight scale at the lobby. 2. There is public luggage storage that is beside the check-in kiosks. 3. All the pyjamas/extra towels, toiletries, tea & coffee are self-service. Get it from the lobby. 4. Near to train station.

1. The room is small and is expected but is still acceptable for us. It does not have under bed luggage storage like APA hotels. 2. We are using the provided public luggage storage. However, later we saw the staff keeping 2 lady guest's luggage separately inside a locked room, but why so?

A good modern hotel, perfect location across the Dotonburi main Street and a couple of mins from the subway station. About 12mins walk to the Nankai Namba station to get the Rapid/express trains to the Kansai Airport. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it was really quiet despite being steps away from the busy area. Check-in/out is all self service and efficient. The staff kept our luggage prior to our check-in as we reached early.

The room is quite small, it has everything you need but would have been a lot easier if there was under the bed storage option for our suitcases.

The hotel was central. Dotonbori is 4-5 minutes on foot. You can get tea, coffee and other necessities at the entrance of the hotel and go to your room. There are microwaves on the floors. There are Seven Eleven and Familymart very close by. There is a metro station nearby. But not J.R.

Rooms are relatively small. 15 minutes walk to JR station.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be near the Dotonbori and Namba areas minus the crowd and noise. Very near to the Nippomnashi Station (exit 6 and 2). Wide selection of food during buffet breakfast. Free flowing amenities - help yourself from a stand near the lobby.

Their lift needs upgrading - buttons are hard to press maybe due to over usage. Weird smell in the toilet but goes away when exhaust is turned on.

Conveniently located near Nippombashi Metro and Dotonbori. The room is slightly bigger than other hotel rooms in Japan. The toiletries are complete and when I say complete, I meant it. You don't even have to bring your skin care coz they have it. well unless you are very sensitive. It is self-service though. You take what you need but the basics are inside the bathroom already. Like Shampoo and conditioner, hand and face wash and body soap.
