Breakfast spread fulfills the dietary requirements, quiet surroundings, and many restaurants and Convenience Stores around.

I guess coming from the Airport late in the night the Train Station Nagahoribashi was painful as there were no lifts to reach the road level. A senior traveler with two18 Kg of luggage will have an issue claiming the flight of the staircase. My suggestion to the hotel indicates that those with heavy luggage please use the lift underground at Crysta Nagahori Undergroud Shopping street at Shimbashi station will be much easier. The distance is almost identical via the staircase or Shimbashi station.

The location to Dotonbori is fantastic, everything is within a few minutes' walking distance. If you're vegetarian or vegan, literally just 1 block away there is one of the best restaurants, OKOTAKO! The free breakfast from the hotel is very extensive and many options for different styles (Western/Asian etc). There is also a free soda machine and coffee in the main building which even offers real Coca Cola which is a nice touch.

The rooms are very small. If you put 2 small suitcases in there, you might as well book another room for yourself, as you can't open any doors to anything. There is no location, i.e. under the bed, where you could place your suitcases; hence you become an Olympic long jumper to get from the bathroom to the bed.

The hotel is clean and confortable. The staff was very kind and the common area were well organuized. Breakfast was various and good and a room with free water and drinks was available all the time. But, the thing that we appreciated the most was the position, really close to Shinsaibashi, a very nice area for staying in the night with plenty of restaurants and shops and 10min walk from Dotombori district. I would definetely come back!

The place was very conveniently located to major shopping centers in Osaka. The staff at the reception was friendly, and the room itself was clean and had the necessary amenities. The noodle restaurant was also really good, perfect for a quick meal in the night. Overall, I'm impressed!

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, so we had to adjust to that. Not much of an issue though.

I liked that the staff were friendly and that they held on to a parcel for me until I arrived a few days later. I also like that the hotel was within walking distance from Namba Sta. And all the shopping centers/food.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't get a room with a "city view" like it had stated when I booked it. All I got to look at was some alley way and the back of some buildings lol.

Cleaning not that great between the bed and window due to poorly designed bed proportions and placement.

Very centric location, right next to Dōtonbori street. GREAT breakfast with many different options freshly made. Very nice and helpful staff

At nights the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but other than that it was fine

Great location to a Aeon Supermarket, Shinsaibashi subway, Daimaru & covered shopping street. Good breakfasts, too. But nothing for Westerners, though.

Slight walk from the subway when weather is hot in August. Check out at 11am is very strictly enforced.

As expected the room was small so was hard to find room for our 2 backpacks, the bed however was so comfortable. The staff were great and it was good walking distance to the train station and nightlife.

The breakfast was ok.

Nearby to the shopping street without taking any train ride. Judt a 5 -10 mins walk :) The room space is beyond my expectation Theres a lounge for us to chill and provide refreshment. , so you can eat your takeout food in lounge instead of in your room
