The location is about 5-7 mins walk to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. Located at the heart of the buzzling area in Osaka. The onsen is great, 24 hrs. The hotel does provide free soba noddle and ice cream in the evening. Staff is very friendly. Laundry services is available at no cost.

We have stayed a Dormy Inn Premiums before and they were great - this one is no exception! It's in a great location - fairly close to our car rental return, near all the major sites we wanted to visit - easy walking! We stayed here for two nights. Our first day there was after a road trip around Shikoku, so we made good use of their laundry facility (very clean and detergent is provided with each load). Our room was great - comfortable beds, large enough for our suitcases and to move around in. Buffet breakfast is great, as is the Yonaki soba in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

There was laundry services on site which was fantastic, vending machines, location was central and about a 5 min to Dotonbori area for restaurants and entertainment. I checked out and forgot my powerbank was still plugged in, thankfully, reception was able to find it and return it to me! They also allow you to leave luggage with them too. Onsen was amazing, for guests with smaller tattoos, they provide you with tattoo coverup stickers which was very nice of them for guests to enjoy their facilities. Free yoghurt drink, ice cream and ramen late at night.

Guests with larger tattoos may not be able to use onsen, and the room we booked was a little small, so hard to open luggage on the floor. Otherwise, everything was great!

We got the tatami room with 2 beds. 3adults and 2 little kiddies (2yo and infant). The tatami room was great for the little ones. Bedding was comfortable (actual bed and floor bed). The location was around 10mins from Shinsaibashi, but there are convenient stores all around. The free noodles and ice cream is a great bonus, along with the onsen. Breakfast was delicious as well - I actually picked this property as opposed to Dormy Inn Namba Annex because of the breakfast (they are literally across the road from each other).

Luckily we only had one big suitcase, so that stayed in the genkan area (there was a slidey door between the room and little corridor/ genkan area outside - so in that essence, the room was a little tight). We also had a travel stroller in the toilet and another one at the entrance. So, not the biggest space (especially since we didn’t want to put the suitcase on the tatami).

Great location, onsen, breakfast, comfortable room. Perfect for my stay.

Have a free pudding on board, and free night ramen and drink, popsicles after bath, which can really make your day’s appetite. The bath is really cozy with soft chill music, and the opening hours is long enough and you can do a mid night bath too.

The venue is not too near to major big stations (min 4 min walk to small station Nagahoribashi, and 6 min walk to bigger station nipponbashi, both not Midosuji line which is the city Center line) which I’m not too used to when attempting to travel to other cities, but is of the same metro line with Tsutenkaku and Kuromon Market.

We ended up upgrading one of the rooms to have two beds for our two kids, which was worth it as it gave us more room for our luggage. The other room was very small and did not have much space for our suitcases. The staff were able to get us rooms side-by-side, which we really appreciated. The onsen was lovely; very well appointed and decorated. Our whole family loved eating the free ramen and ice cream in our hotel pyjamas every night. The location was decent (near Dotonburi) but not close to a train station; be prepared to walk (or take a taxi).

The location of this hotel cannot be beat - just a short stroll away from the lively and bustling Dotonbori. The room itself is impressively spacious, especially compared to my previous stay in Tokyo. On top of that, the complimentary udon and access to an onsen are an excellent added bonus to the stay.

While some of the appliances, such as the air conditioning and toilet, are a bit outdated, they still function perfectly fine. A few of the light switches were also not working as expected, but it was not a significant issue. However, I was unexpectedly woken up by the sound of an alarm at 6 AM, which was likely set by the previous guest. It would be greatly appreciated if the staff could reset the alarm to ensure a peaceful night's sleep for future guests.

love the in-house onsen and the free supper. So far so good. the flooring was tatami, just nice my bb can crawl around without worry. living room, and other rooms was separated with sliding doors, which can close it avoid bb climb to other danger area.

room very small, however, we booked the room with no housekeeping service, so on the 3rd night we paid for the housekeeping for 1500 yen, they does clean up de toilet and bath room, but bedsheets was not change and floor doesnt seem to be vacuum.

The room was small but very functional. I was able to slide the TV over to make space to keep my suitcase open. Everything you could need was available, and although the space was small it felt very efficient. I loved the onsen, it was incredibly relaxing, and the provided amenities were a great perk. Laundry was easy to use too. Quick walk to Dotonbori and two train stations.

The onsen was not accessible my second day due to a temperature malfunction they were trying to fix. Otherwise everything was very smooth.
