The location of the hotel is just right. It's out of the busy area of Dotonbori but close enough to get there in 5 minutes walking. There's a convenience store in the next building, which is also very handy. And check in and check out were done using a tablet, there's no staff in reception, but both processes were easy and fast. The staff I found taking care of the facilities was very nice and friendly, and very attentive.

I think that the futons were a little too thin or too smooth. It was the first time I slept in a futon in my life, so maybe my first impression is not that accurate. Although I was able to sleep, I had to change position every now and then because I could feel the floor. In any case, it was a minor setback.

So close to Dotonbori and the train station. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Lots of closet space and floor space for suitcases. Easy check in /check out.

The room laundry was just tossed, by the staff, onto the stairs (see photo) This stayed there for the almost a full day. The boat tours on the river played very loud music every 30 minutes until 9 pm on the weekends. Could hear alarm and people talking from the other rooms.

The room was very clean, bathroom was good and had very good quality shampoo, body wash condiotner etc. The Japanese style beds were comfy, mood lighting and good aircon/heating. The hotel is self-service so we only interacted with the cleaning staff. However, they were very good, always said hello and asked if we needed anything. The location of the hotel is VERY good. Near Dotonburi, Kuroman Market and gas good transport links.

The room of the hotel feltvery thin. For example, you can hear next door quite easily. This was not really a problem for us but I imagine it could be for some, especially if you are next door to a loud family or group.

The location is great! Super close to all the fun in Osaka. I was given a room with a nice view overlooking the river. It’s perfect if you just want to use the room to sleep and be out and about the whole day.

The futons are very thin, I woke up with back pain. Our room had 3 futons, so we put one on top of the other for better padding. The room wasn’t fully clean, I found lipstick stains on the tea mugs, some dust/hair in the room, and some hair from previous visitors in the bathtub.

It was great, the location is great! you can go anywhere by walk. Its very near to Dotonbori just cross the road. The bed is so comfy . There is Lawson just beside the hotel and you can easily find food and stuffs nearby the hotel. Everything was great! The price is reasonable. Fair price!

You can hear people talk , car and surrounding at night but not so noisy :)

I loved the quick communication from staff via Booking messages, as they seemed always available for any questions. The Triple room was perfect for my two friends and I and the fridge and kettle were nice touches. The location is just across the street from the life of Dotonburi, so perfect distance to go at night but not get the noise. Would stay again!

My only negative was that the futon mats were thinner than others I’ve had in Japanese hotels/hotels

It is in a great location, very close to dotonbori, but still quiet enough to get a good rest(our room was in the Riverside though).

Our room was on the top floor, but the elevator only runs to the floor below. Didn't really bother us, but I think it'd be good to check with people if it'd be a problem before assigning them these rooms.

- Hotel location right in the center - Attentive service staff, supporting us for early check-in - The room is clean, has a super speed kettle and serves tea. - Full bathroom with towels and other equipment such as shampoo, shower gel.... Full hot water, clean hygiene.

The bedroom is a bit tight, that room is not suitable for 3 people. Originally only 2 mattresses are correct. The hotel arranged an extra mattress so it was very tight, 1 person had to sleep in a position very close to the toilet.

Location was great and the room was small but functional

Some guests were loud when they enter the hotel since we were on the 1st floor. Also the reservation number didn’t work which was provided by the booking.com. Luckily someone was there to assist us, looked up by guest name to check us in (we arrived around 1540 for check-in).
