Selected this hotel because we wanted to be close to Dotombori & we wanted to havea room that is not too small. We stayed in late February 2024 for 3 nights. Location is good being only about 5 -minutes to the Dotombori area. It is about 8 to 12 minutes walk to the subway stations. The room is very comfortable & for a Twin Room we had 2 single beds. Rooms are clean, the bathroom is a traditional Japanese style with the Onsen setup & the bathtub deep enough for one to take a nice good soak like at an onsen. Reception is super friendly & helpful. This was consistent with all the reception staff there at all the times. Have never stayed in this part of town but it is quiet, safe to walk around at night. There are 2 convenience stores less than 5 minutes walk away.

Great location to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, so if you want shopping and food, you want to be in this area. It is just far enough away from all the noise and lights, but easily walkable and safe. Room size was a tad bit small, but expected this as we sacrified room size for the convenient location. Something to consider is the bed size. Some budget hotels have double beds that can barely fit two people (you can estimate from the pillow spacing). This hotel has a good size bed for two people. Housekeeping is only upon request and only during certain hours, so keep that in mind. All in all, great value for money.

Nothing, as long as one recognizes that you are trading room size for location at a very reasonable price.

The hotel was clean and aethetically pleasing in the eye. It was cozy. Easy to locate but just make sure not to confuse it with the 2nd hotel. It has enough space to open your big lugagges and the best part were there toiletries! I love their pola shampoo, conditioner and body wash 😄 That'a was i look forward to at the end of a long day. Shower time! 😅

Just the shower nozzle but I love the tiny chair and dipper 😄 it brings back childhood memories.

The location was good. Walking distance to dotounbori and quite near a train station. The staffs were helpful. Some people didn’t like the surrendering of cards every 11AM but it was no problem for us since we wake up right in time since we didn’t experience jet lags

They claim that they changed the sheets but the stains that we left night before were still there the next day.

The room was a great size for the price. The TV had Youtube as a viewing option which was very convenient. The location was excellent, close enough to walk to everything but far enough away where you don't deal with the crowds and the noise. ~5 min walk to Dotonbori and ~10 minute walk to Shinseibashi-suji, a big shopping area. ~10 minute walk to Namba Station. The air conditioner/heater was strong and worked great.

The property had fairly clean common areas, but we found multiple stains on the carpet in the room that were not very appealing. We were glad to have slippers! The bed was just OK, large but not very comfortable. The walls were very thin; we clearly heard our neighbor's children crying from inside their room.

the hotel is located at the heart of Doutonbori, very easy to get to Osaka's main touristic area, by walking. on the other hand, the hotel it's about 23 min away from one of the nearest subway stations (not so close when you're carrying luggage, but we could roll in the streets with our luggage with no discomfort). the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable and very clean.

The hotel is well located, within 8 to 10 minutes walk to Dontonbori. It’s also accessible via the airport express, so getting to the hotel from the airport was easy. Room was spacious, for Japan standards. and the sheets were nice and clean. Bed was on the hard side but I happen to like it that way. Staff were courteous and always greeted guests with a smile.

The room didnt have a closet where you can put your clothes. But there were a couple of hangers provided. Still, in order to avoid commingling clean clothes with used clothes, I had to keep my clean clothes in my suitcase which I had to close everytime I request for housekeeping.

Location was great, love the large shower room! Nice Japanese style bath after long days of exploring the city and surrounding areas. The staff was also warm And welcoming, and would hope you out if you had any questions.

The room had no real natural light because the windows faced a building built right beside. Just know that going in and you’re fine as I spent most of my time exploring anyways! More of an FYI for anyone looking to stay here, I would still recommend!

Great location close to Doutonburi. The staff were friendly and always on hand to help when needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom facilities were great, the bath with jets was well welcomed after walking around so much. I'd definitely visit again

Good facilities, and pretty well kept rooms. Concierge provided all the needed for our stay. Room service was splendid. Location was great for Dotonbori.

Location was a bit further than I expected to access the metro, but overall no big issues I didn't like. Room service required you to provide them your key card, but not a huge problem.
