The staff was extremely nice, as everyone in Japan. Accidentally I left my pocket around the reception and only noticed this like 3 hours later. The pocket was at the same place with all my documents and money in it - it's not something that happens in many countries. We absolutely loved that there is a shop just on the ground floor of the hotel! We could go down and pick things for ourselves whenever we wanted. There are great restaurants within the hotel for all taste. We had one of the best foods ever in the teppanyaki restaurant and absolutely great service! Room service is fast and the food was exceptionally good. We had an upgrade on our room, so we had access to the club facilities on the top floor. We didn't spend much time there, but also it was good to know that we can get some amenities and drinks whenever we go up. In Japanese terms we had a huge room (80sm) what was very spacious. Room cleaning was done every day no matter when we left the room or came back.

It's not a dislike, just a recommendation: we didn't really check on where this hotel is located before our arrival, so it was a bit of a surprise that the city center is about 35-40 minutes far by car. It wasn't really an issue after all, as the hotel has everything you need, it's just good to calculate with the time and cost of commuting to the city. Again, it's not an issue, but be prepared for some language barriers if you speak only English. It just needs some patience and make sure it was understood what you requested.

My friend and I really enjoyed the stay here. The concierge was very nice. All the staff that assisted us was very nice and helpful. They made sure to accommodate us considering the time that we got there because we drove from Tokyo. The room service was also very exceptional. I ordered room service and the food was so delicious I would recommend the Yakisoba noodles. Whenever I come back to Osaka I will definitely come back to this hotel with my family. I’m so happy that I was able to have a great experience here. I also enjoyed the view from our hotel room it was very beautiful. Another thing that I enjoyed was how close there was a 7-Eleven and how quiet the neighborhood is. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here and I loved it very much. I honestly can’t say there was nothing that I did not like my experience was amazing here. The only thing that I would say is this hotel is a little far from the main attractions like the shopping centers and the food, however it is only a 20 to 30 minute drive or if you take the train it’s a little bit longer however I think that’s hotel is very nice and it is worth it if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay with reasonably sized rooms compared to hotel rooms in Tokyo.

Room was adequate for my stay. I was there for work so the proximity of the Expo centre was ideal. Breakfast was a combination of Japanese & Western food and was great. I eat in the Italian restaurant two nights which was nice. Very good gym to work out in! Very handy having a 7-11 shop in the basement! Plenty of eating options in the hotel if you don't want to travel to the CBD. Great to have a bus transfer facility to the international airport.

My room was clean and tidy but the hallways on my floor (21) looked like they needed a bit of TLC. The wall paper had been patched up in numerous places. Would have been nice to have a bar to chill out in at the end of the day.

The hotel overall is very nice. It’s a bit of an oldie from the interior appearance of the rooms, but it is still very classy and very clean. As for the bed in our room it was comfortable and clean with good pillows. It situated in Osaka bay, so the view was always nice. Another plus is that there is a metro station very close by.

The location of Osaka bay has an up and downside. The view is amazing, but to actually get to the city center you must take trains to get there OR use the included shuttle service to get to Osaka station.

Everything. The rooms were gorgeous, the view over the city was spectacular and the harbor. They were big, had tubs in each room. Room service was incredible and very reasonable. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The room's comfortable, as well as the additional facilities like swimming pool, spa and the rooftop club

The hours of the steak restaurant we're very limited. My taxi driver was terrible and I was 3 minutes late and they wouldn't let me go. But it looks fantastic

Exceptional venue, plenty restaurants and ammenities to choose from. Beautiful, impressive lobby. Very clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff

The rooms, even though very clean and big (for Japaneese standards), were old. The furniture is not damaged, but the whole room design screams "the 90s" - old TV, old beds etc.

Generally a great stay, room was spacious

We were put in a room with a disabled shower recess that was very small, the room almost got flooded 2 times as the shower curtain did not do its job and contain the water, we could not have a decent shower as we learnt that we had to lower the water pressure to stop flooding the floor

it was far from train station (> 30 min) but honestly that was not a problem as the hotel provided free shuttle to that station which was very helpful

really beautiful hotel and great western and asian food choices,really great gym for a hotel,has a convenient store inside which was amazing and rooms were big,has free service to osaka station,really cool. Great for events and the amenities,activities were incredible.

the room was very dusty from the beginning to end,we asked for staff to clean but never came.

The location is near to ATC Hall, the managers Mr Okada and Ms Jen are very helpful. The restaurant serve delicious food, the towels are white and very clean. They give me air purifier because I do some independent isolation (quarantene) for international traveler. And they help me a lot to make me feel comfortable to stay in my room during qurantine

Old building. the carpet is old, the wall paper is old and scratched. the bed is old too. The staff made some mistakes on my meeting room and afternoon tea reservation, it was embarrassed me in front of my client, but the manager Mr Okada fixed it quickly and rebate the payment. Hope they can be very careful next time on handling reservations. Also one of my group team who also stays in this hotel complaint about breakfast payment because we get discount if we take breakfast when we check in, but the staff ask her to sign non discount billing, again the manager do his best by apologize and give free breakfast to my team. We happy with the manager but we do not like free stuffs but we really hope the hotel staffs can be really careful next time.
