Location. Convinience store is a few steps away. Microwave, fridge and everything basic that you need is provided. Sakurajima station is a few meters walk, also one step away from Universal city which is the entrance to USJ. Also they’ve considered booking us to ground floor room which is easy access especially with small kids and big luggages.😊

No lift/ elevator. But we are lucky they booked us in the ground floor. 😊 Therefore, not an issue for us at this time.

if you are traveling its great, but if you are traveling heavy with big luggages just know there is no elevator.

Booked one night only . location was near USJ as we plan to go there next day early in the morning . Easy to check in . toilet and shower pressure was GOOD. had a small kitchen , fridge , microwave .

the bed is not comfy . feel the spring and the sound once laid down on the bed . facilities have no iron . other than that were okay .

It was a normal Japanese 1K apartment. It was quiet and comfy. Having a private kitchen and bath and toilet room were really nice. The workers were very polite. It felt like living in a normal Japanese neighborhood within walking distance to Universal Studios Japan

I liked everything. If you are looking for frills or extras you won't get them here. If you want a good price for a normal Japanese 1K apartment this place is the best.

stayed here for 1 night after a day at universal! For the budget friendly price, we were so shocked at how close it was to Universal! It had a kitchen with facilities, big bathroom and a big bedroom. The check in staff member was friendly and checked us in really quickly. Would 100% stay again if we return!

cleanliness ; complete . it had mini kitchen to heat up / cook simple food . loved the attention to detail like umbrella stand , shoe rack , mini bathtub . loved the fan in the bathroom to keep it warm while showering & getting dressed ! even more expensive hotels do not have this simple but very important feature !! thank you !!

It was near USJ, our main destination going to Osaka and in a good price. The room is clean and has the basic kitchen tools available.

The bed is a bit stiff. No tools to clean the room when you stay a couple of days.

Very easy and the customer service was very good

IT was hard to communicate intially regarding the parking of the hotel and we had no idea that there is no parking available at the site

The price for the facilities was excellent. The convenience for getting to USJ is a bonus.

A very convenient location to the park and train station to and from the park. There’s also a 7/11 right next to the accommodation for convenience.

The available “futons” were very thin so if you intend to stay for a few nights bring extra pillows and padding.
