Location is superb-super short walk from train station, and to Universal Studios. Lots of food options and convenience shops, Gap factory outlet. Love the locker to store your luggage when arrive before checknin time. Reasonable buffet breakfast price with good selection of food.

Room is a little dated but still reasonable.

The hotel is actually at the train station and a part of the entrance to Universal studios which was so convenient. Happy they honored our request for high floor with city view (after we messaged about it) and it was very quiet despite being near station. Clean & good amount of space in the room. Would recommend if you are planning a day at universal as the trains to get out there can take a while & it was nice to wake up refreshed on a full park day.

We arrived after 8pm & tried to get dinner at one of the many Universal restaurants nearby but everything was booked out, including hotel restaurant, but good thing there is a Lawson downstairs!

Manage to rest after USJ outing. It was a perfect place to see and enjoy the view from room. It is great for family as children feel the spacious, relax and clean accommodation. My kids really enjoy after a day of work out at USJ. Worth the money for a good rest without travelling far with luggage before going back to city. The hotel has coin locker. Has 24 hours Lawson and 7-11 outlet just outside. Staff service are great and very informative. Helpful to provide where you are heading to. My case is laundry service direction.

They do not have any laundry machine. Have to travel to Nishikujo for a laundry outlet to wash and dry clean. Baggage you need to pay to look after.

Amazing view of USJ from our room window! Looked amazing at night while the roses were still going. We got an idea of love sizes first thing too...gave us a good indicator if when to head down. Only a couple of hundred metres from USJ gates! Right in the middle of Universal City! Super convenient and fun to be in the middle of the excitement. Lawson is in next to the hotel! Super convenient for picking up breakfast and snack supplies!

After standing in line for a while to check in, we were ushered to a computer that checked us in...we had no direct interaction with the friendly staff since we needed to take pictures of our passports and got our room key from the computer. Very straightforward but not personalised and friendly, a stark comparison to other hotels. It is obviously designed for processing lots of tourists who are there for USJ. The beds were like sleeping on tables... VERY firm. We had four single beds instead of a queen bed, and two singles. Relatively small room, but we didn't mind as we stayed there just to be close to USJ and only rested and showered there.

What a cool surprise, getting off an evening train and being only steps away from the hotel. We didn’t realise we were staying in the heart of Universal City and absolutely loved the glitz and vibe of the surrounding shops, restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were amazing, and their hospitality and assistance was top notch. Our room was warm and comfortable and the toiletries supplied were quality products. Having a bathtub was a bonus. Recommend using the bag transfer service when moving to another hotel. It was a reasonably priced service and our bags arrived in Tokyo ahead of us.

Amazing location if you plan on going to Universal. Lots of amazing places to eat just right outside the hotel. Might be less convenient if you weren't, but there is a train station within a 1 minute walk. Staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Would stay here again if we visited Osaka / Universal.

Very firm bed and pillows, but this was common throughout our trip in Japan. Not necessarily a bad thing, just something we weren't used to.

My 2 girsl and I loved the location. Easy to go to after a very eventful day at USJ. Very accessible. This is actually my 2nd time here. The staffs are very pleasant and welcoming. I like the electronic check in amd check out. They have granted my request and gave us a view😊😊😊

We were at the 24th floor. The beds were quite hard. The lights that automatically turns on when you insert the room key in the slot does not have a switch (the one by the corner and the one by the tv).. so it was on all night. (Or maybe i just could not find it.😅)

Everything was beyond our expectations and our family of 7 had the greatest experience ever with the friendly staff and the comfortable beds, air conditioning, clean rooms and perfect location!🤩😄🥳

I did not know “Sky Spa” meant traditional Japanese Spa- segregated/sexes and no clothing! I had thought we could all swim in a rooftop pool! My mistake for not understanding the cultural terms! So no swimming for your family after a hot day at Universal Studios!!! 🤣😂☺️

It's So close to USJ. Plus having it on City walk it has all the restaurants and convenience stores. Off the train at Universal City it's a 3 min walk to Hotel entry.

Maybe the hard pillows. The Airconditioning wasn't working on last few days. But they did move us to another room across the hall ,but the same.

I arrived by airport bus, and the bus station is the side of the USJ, walked through mini public park. It was very smooth to get there, even with massive suitcases. It is a few minutes walk from everything, the USJ and train station, many restaurants and shops around. The night, it is very quiet! I also send my massive suitcases from this Hotel, and it was very reasonable price, was very nice.
