We had walked into this hotel 2 years earlier to ask directions to our AirBNB & it looked so nice & the staff were so lovely we were sad we weren't staying there. So for this trip we were happy to see it was good value and booked. It is an easy 10-15min walk (or 1 stop on the train then 5 min walk or 8 min taxi) to Universal Studios Japan. It is luxurious, clean, comfortable and the staff go out of their way to ensure a great stay. We didn't get time to try restaurants or Hot Springs this trip - next time. You can book USJ tickets here. There a couple of small supermarkets (7Eleven, Lawsons) nearby. We were so glad we stayed.

The bus from airport to USJ no longer continues to the hotel, but this isn't the Hotel's fault. We got a cab with luggage to hotel and on the way back just walked. Free baggage storage at hotel or for 1500Yen you can get an extra large locker outside USJ gates to store bags in (if, like us, you are getting back on the bus after your day at USJ and don't want to have to go back to the hotel to pick up bags).

The location is perfect. One station away from the USJ and the train comes every 15 minutes or so. And since the train station (Sakurajima) is at the end of the line, the train is always nearly empty. Feels like the whole train was ours.

Cleanliness is quite an issue, especially in the bathroom. I was planning to go bathtubbing but didn't feel like it once I noticed dust accumulated a lot on the exhaust fan on top of the bathtub. Also right in front of the mirror, there were 2 hanging lamps at my eye level and they were dusty. My wife is allergic to dust and she sneezed not too long after she was lying down on the bed after shower. Even though there was a purifier in the room, it seemed not too helpful as she had to put a mask on while sleeping.

The hotel was clean, beds comfy, the breakfast was REALLY good a lot of variety. The staff were friendly. The grounds of the hotel were very very beautiful even the elevator view. Very close to the train. well right across the street. Universal was walking distance but taking the train one stop was better.We could see Universal park from out our window and the elevator window. Quiet

Nothing (food) delivers to the hotel. No-one really spoke English so It was hard to communicate. The restaurant take out pizza was horrible! Do not waste your money. They don't bring your bags to your room and it was very hard to roll suitcases on carpet.

The location is very good for people who like to visit to Universal Studio Japan. It's just one train station away from Universal Studio. From our room I can even see the Nintendo World of Universal Studio by zooming in with camera :D There is a void deck at the same level with the free hotspring facility. You can have nice scenery view especially at night at the void deck which is very relaxing. At the ground floor, there is Universal Studio merchandise store where you can do your shopping. The hotel can also arrange delivery service to send your purchase home.

I have to say this as 5 star hotel without a landery service is a major problem for any one going in trip or for a vecation what I see there was a shock to me for landery there was a room small one with 6 or 8 mechains washing and drying and you must do it by your self in my opinion this a not 5 star hotel this for 3 or even 2 star hotels, every one is traveling for universal studios looking for a good time escaping from a real life problems and by this washing and drying take at least more than 2 or 3 hours for a family group will runes the time for the trip

Great well appointed rooms that were perfect for our family. We were able to get connecting rooms which gave us enough space to be comfortable. Staff was excellent and helpful. The included on-site onsen is an amazing amenity plus they had coin operated massage chairs along with actual massage therapists for reasonable rates. The restaurants were a step above typical hotel food, especially the dinner buffet. We really enjoyed our stay here for our trip to USJ.

The location isn’t right next to USJ but only one train stop away (and the hotel offers coin lockers for luggage if you want to check out early and come back for your bags). The beds were a bit firm but as the norm in Japan.

Only one station away from Universal City. Lovely grand hotel with onsen and sauna. There’s also a gym, massage chairs, laundry, restaurant, and cafe. The best thing was our room faced USJ and seeing the park everyday made us very happy. Another perk was being able to buy the park tickets at reception, however I read that from April 2024 this won’t be possible anymore which is a shame

Not much food options around the hotel. Fortunately the train station is just across the road

The room, view and the facilities were amazing and easy to access. The staff was nice and could speak English.

I was in a group, I checked in and the staff told me that my friends checked in for me and they gave my room card to them. I couldn’t check with my friends because I had no battery power on my phone. I do hope that next time that staff won’t do that, because I felt that my my privacy and consent was breached, as I did not give verbal or written consent to the staff that my friends in my group could get my room key card and check in for me. I had a hard time communicating that I wanted to check in and staff said my friends checked in for me but I could not check with my group because I had no battery power on my phone and staff did not brief me about the hotel information.

The outdoor spa is quite nice and cozy, the room arrangement of 4 single beds for a 4p family offers comfortable spaces and the firmness of the mattresses are just perfect.

the price for lunch at the bar & cafe was fine but for dinner was a little bit expensive. The Brickside restaurant offers fabulous buffet food and so many kinds, however it could be better if the cruises could change for different days otherwise it would be easily getting bored.

It was clean, and well appointed. Not many food options on site.

The Standard room is not suitable for 3 people if you all have large suitcases because you’ve travelled from overseas. We had to get a last minute upgrade of our room. We were lucky they had something available. It is a bit of a hike to get into the main city centre, with a change in train lines. But trains are cheap and come often.
