Room was clean and everything (except internet) worked. Staff responded promptly to my concerns via email. Room smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival but staff quickly reassigned me to a similar room without smoke smell. Fresh towels were already in the room for each of the 4 nights I booked.
This is not a conventional 'hotel'. Check in and check out are non-staffed using a key lock box with minimal services. WiFi was dreadfully slow, especially in the evenings. While my WiFi signal was strong, many times I could not even connect my devices to the internet. Staff responded by checking the WiFi in the DAYTIME and saying there was no problem even though I told them the worst WiFi performance is in the EVENINGs. Minor thing: Recommend that you bring your own slippers because the slippers provided were so flimsy that they stuck to my feet and were difficult to get on and off.
