Location is great. Near to store, restaurant and to train station. 20 mins walk to dotonburi area. Hotel staff can understand and speak in English but sometimes you need to us google translate so that they understand more what you are asking. They are also nice and accommodating.

No breakfast available No microwave inside the room which makes harder for us to heat up food and milk for my baby. I don't like the proximity to the main road that can be little dangerous if you are travelling with kids.

Excellent location - easy to arrive from KIX via Imamiyaebisu station (Koya Line, with elevator) by interchanging at Namba or Shin-imamiya (Nankai Line). Easy walk to subway stations - Ebisucho (Sakaisuji Line) and Daikokucho (Midosuji and Yotsubashi Line) meaning good connections with Osaka Monorail for ITM as well. Also possible to join the Hankai Tramway at Ebisucho, although services are limited. Near Shinsekai Market and Tsutenkaku, but also not a long walk to Tennoji or Namba either, with plenty to see and eat. Rooms are well sized, Wi-Fi is strong, bathroom facilities are modern. Staff are very accommodating to additional requests. Really enjoyed my stay - great value for money.

Thin windows can make it hard to sleep as the main road often has police and fire engines even late at night. Pillows were a bit low, so had to request another. Fan and air-conditioning vents quite dusty and limited control of temperature. But all in all, just minor issues.

We have a fantastic stay.Room is very clean.The nearest train station is imamiyaebisu but there is no lift.Other train station are daikokucho (Midosuji Line), Ebisucho (Sakaisuji Line), Shin-imamiya Nankai Line from/to the Airport about 8mins walk.Not sure if this is regular but they offered us a transport to Shin imamiya station when we asked for a taxi in a very cheap price since we do not want to walk as we have a large luggage.Thumbs up for this.And also there is a pantry for coffee/tea and microwave you can use to heat up the food and eat in the area.

Great 3-star hotel! The hotel is next door to a coin laundry place, 1-min walk from a 7-11, 3-min walk from Tamade Supermarket, and 6-min walk from the subway station. Great location overall as we were able to do everything we wanted to in Dotonbori and take a quick train ride home to get laundry done. The twin room was a very good size. It fit 2 full size bed and has a full desk and closet. I’ve been to 4 other 3-star hotels and none of the rooms were as big as this. Also, the hotel didn’t smell like smoke! This is really overlooked, but I hate walking down a hallway of a supposedly “non-smoking” hotel and it reeks of cigarette smoke. This hotel is actually non smoking and it was very pleasant. Check in and out was simple, we paid through booking.com and there were no additional charges. Staff was very friendly and there was someone at the counter all the way until 3am, they might’ve been there all night tbh. Overall, I would definitely stay again next time we’re in Osaka.

No microwave inside the room, but this is a small inconvenience. They have a microwave along with dining tables in the general use area in the lobby.

It is situated along the main road where you can go to different line of metro stations, there are about 3 or 4 metro stations nearby. Convenience Store is just beside the hotel and local restaurant are allover the place. Shinsekai which like a Dotonbori where you can find array of food choices is just 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. The room is surprisingly big enough and clean with complete bathroom amenities.

the location was near the station, a clean and compact hotel. The staff was nice and friendly, he tried to speak in English with us. The bed was big enough that the three of us could sleep comfortably!

The room was pretty small, but with the rational pricing, I think it's still great value, especially for the family. They have a complete drawer, table, etc so it's actually a great room, just a little tight space.

Very good staff, clean, reasonable price. Interesting locations and surroundings. Convenience store and metro station are nearby. If you can walk, dotonbori and tenoji are relatively close too. Much better then some hotels in that area.

there are two hotels with the same name (Toho hotel) nearby so please be careful not to mess them up. The location of the hotel have long and complicated history, but exact place of the hotel is safe.

The hotel is not too small. 3 persons semi queen size. Clean and comfortable. Location around 6 mins to Shinsekai tsukenkaku tower. 9 mins walk to the JR shin imamiya then transfer to universal studio. Easy. Nearby many convenient stores and restaurants. There's a tasty ramen shop. Overall comfortable and clean and but small but ok for 3 pax 2A1C.

Toilet size bit small. There's no free water bottles.

Excellent location, really great value for money. The beds were quite a bit bigger than a regular single, which made it super comfortable. They also provided round-the-clock help with getting spare pillows, extra toilet paper and so on. Also saw some reviews saying it was small/cramped, but we personally found both the room or bathroom pretty roomy!

The one window was on the smaller side, so if you like a view or plenty of sunlight, you might not find this to your liking.

Great location, comfortable very large beds, all the amenities you would need. Excellent shower with fantastic water pressure. We did hear the neighbors at all, which is rare in European hotels!

The light on the way to the bathroom switches on automatically, so in the night it might wake your roommate. The windows overlook a busy street, so it’s a bit noisy.
