The location is right next to a major train station. A few convenience stores are nearby like Lawsons and 7-Elevens. VERY close to shopping complexes and well known chain restaurants. The bed is a bit firm but soft and comfortable. Plenty of free amenities for the stay. You will need to take off your shoes and use their slippers before entering the living area. But that ensures that the entire place is very clean the very first step you enter their premise. There are 4 elevators so you will not need to wait long to get in or out. The place is very kind to allow me to keep my luggages until the check-in time. There are 2 smoking rooms and multiple vending machines. They also have a mini store at the lobby if you need some noodles or drinks. There are washrooms and shower rooms on each floor. But the shared bath area is big and very comfortable.

It is the hotel's policy, but the check-in time is very late at 5pm, while the check-out is very early at 10am.

Wonderful experience! Stayed in a First Class Cabin, which had enough space for my full-sized suitcase, and I stored my backpack in the locked drawer under the bed. The room also felt secure since we were given access cards to enter the section with for our cabin (so nobody would be able to enter another section). The hotel had all the amenities you could need at the front desk or in the room. Capsules, restrooms, washing machines/dryers, and public baths were all clean! Location was perfect for access to the subway and train lines.

There may be a little noise (ex. packing from the other neighbors), but it was very minimal (was able to get a great night's rest). There are also earbuds provided by the front desk.

PERFECT location, easy to access Nankai(to KIX), Kintetsu(to Nagoya, Nara or Shima), Hanshin(to Kobe) and Osaka subway. PERFECT shopping area, included 2 Don Quijote, Takashimaya and "tons of" duty free stories. PERFECT eating options, both Japanese local cuisine or fast food chains, Asian, Western, even Michelin stars. Big rooms as capsule standard. Lockers for shoes and your room; there're safe near the counter.

1 showroom for males. Long corridors and many turns.

I love the public bath and no restrictions on having body modifications. The staff are super helpful and friendly even when requesting things like a kettle to boil hot water. On top of that, they even kept my key for me while I went out so there is no chance that I would misplace it! This was already my second time staying here and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try a capsule style hotel that has a lot more space to keep your bags and personal belongings. They even offer twin rooms which are much larger than the regular hotel room. You only have to share the showers with everyone else, but that is to be expected in a capsule style hotel!

Nothing to frown about

The location couldn’t be any better, right in the heart of osaka, next to Dotonbori, and even you can take a lift straight from the metro station up to the hostel. It was nice and clean, staff friendly, polite and helpful.

Not that I had to wait at any one time, but there was only one shower room for gents. A bit on the pricier side, but the location absolutely makes up for it.

Modern and clean hotel with spacious, full height capsules. Friendly staff who kindly offered adapters for mains outlets in capsule. Great location with direct elevator access to metro station and short walk from Dotonbori area with plenty of restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby. Fantastic utilities - indoor hot bath, sauna, lounge area.

Only 1 shower cubicle for men's bathroom (on capsule floor), however more public showers are also available in the onsen-style room (reception floor).

Location is great. It's right next to Takashimaya and many major department stores, walking distance to shopping streets. Easy to access the Itami airport shuttle which is five mins away. Value for money and facilities are always excellent for this chain.

It's a capsule inn so you have to be silent. I found the wifi a bit spotty and my calls in the phone room kept dropping. Bed is a bit hard but I liked it.

The women’s spa was great, not at all crowded, available morning and night and had a big cold plunge. They kindly kept my bag while I did a 3 night trip away. The location is very convenient to Namba station, an easy subway ride to the Shinkansen bullet train stain and practically next door to a Tully’s coffee.

Late check in time of 5pm.

-it’s just next to the metro and tourist area -room is very spacious -didn’t expect there’s a spa at the hostel, but which is amazing -have smoking room and separate room for my phone calls -hostel can keep the bag for you before check in time

-the room is a bit hotel -too many swiping for in and out the room and the building -you can’t lock your room - check in at 5 pm is a bit late. would be great if check in time at 3pm

Everything was provided- slippers, comb, ear plugs etc. there was an onsen which i used daily. Location is very central and connected to the train station

The noise from other cabins can easily be heard. Food have to be consumed outside the cabin and i wish the space to consume food is more private.
