Walking distance from the JR station and Dotonbori. Friendly staff. Clean room with enough space for me and my luggage, and a little sitting nook. Very nice bathroom, spacious for a Japanese hotel, clean, all the basic amenities. Buffet breakfast had a lot of options: Japanese, English, Continental. There's a self-service locker room you can use if you want to go out before check-in or after check-out. There's lockers for luggage of all sizes.

Location wise, it is away from the noise of Namba, but still close enough so you can walk to the touristy part of Namba within 10 minutes or so. If you are able to navigate well using the metro underground, Exits 31 and 32 will bring you next to the hotel. The bathroom is split into a sink/toilet and shower/bath section which is nice and spacious. There are amenities available in the lobby.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is only a 5-minute walk from Namba Station and Namba Station Exit 32 is opposite to the hotel. Dotonbori is only a 10-minute walk away, and Namba City Shopping Mall and Takashimaya, and Namba Walk with plenty of shops and eateries, is only 5 minutes away and can be accessed from Namba Station Exit 32. The check-in for our room was quick and the triple room was of a reasonable size. The staff were polite and efficient. The breakfast spread was quite good but was almost the same every day.

Nothing much not to like as hotel is in good location and reasonably priced.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are exceptional and the large bathroom with a bath tub was a bonus. Property was within walking distance to the Namba malls and Dotonburi. JR Namba station and the Osaka subway lines were less than a 5 mins walk.

The widow in the room was not double-glazed. Road traffic noise is audible even on higher level. We stayed on level 11. If you plan on commuting via the JR Osaka Loop using the JR pass, you might have to transfer multiple times wasting precious time. Too far from Shin-Osaka station if you frequently take the Shinkansen for day trips like us.

The housekeeping, the friendly staff, and the accessibility made for a pleasant stay. With a large bed and sizable bathroom, I was almost never at a loss for comfort.

The bed was the main problem. The sheets were tucked in quite tightly which I personally don't like, and the pillows weren't at all soft. The only other thing is there's a lack of power outlets.

The detached shower and bath room was super nice. I really enjoyed coming back after a long day of touring and taking a piping hot tub. The included toiletries were great - especially the bath salts! There is a Family Mart across the street so you can easily pick up snacks and breakfast. The room itself is modest. You don't really get a desk area but there is a cushioned area by the window where you can hang out. The location is great if you are going out drinking and eating around Namba / Dotombori (which is what I did very night in Osaka!) You can easily wander back late at night and get a good night's rest. No sound issues with traffic or crowds. This is a great hotel to make your base in the Namba shopping district!

Nothing really to complain about. The price per night was a bit high but worth it

The location was good. Short distance walk to get to the main shopping area. Short walk to get to OCAT Terminal to catch bus to Kansai Airport was excellent, especially if you have large luggages to carry around. Subway stations are very close.

The room is a bit old, but bigger than most hotel rooms in Japan. The toilet is separated from the bathroom, which is excellent for hygiene purposes. Bathroom is quite big too. Overall, not much negative, but good value. There are two washing machine and dryers, which you can monitor the status on the TV screen. I recommend that you paid 100yen for the dryers for 60 minutes of drying.

Great location, facilities design and cleanliness. A small room which is kind of pack but surprisingly me and my partner like it a lot. The shower and bathroom size if suitable for non Asian size, unlike other hotel we stay. Other things we like, a moisturizer which is a must for winter travel, skin care amenities like moisturizing lotion is given (a sample size pack "Dr cilabo" brand, which is very effective), capsule coffee machine, fabric freshener (if you didn't bring more jackets in winter travel, it consider a must to use as most restaurant seems don't care about exhaust system, will get smelly after enter)

There were a lot of food options (both Japanese and Western) and it was all delicious. The room was really comfortable with a good sized bathroom. All of the staff were very friendly, and Philip could speak English so he was very helpful.

The room was quite small, but still very comfortable. The second morning we came down for breakfast at 9am, and there was barely any food left. For ¥1900 it was a bit disappointing. But our first mornings breakfast (we got there at 7.30am) there was plenty of food and it was all delicious.

The Hotel is very convenient because it is walking distance to the train station, within the road, there's a lot of nearby restaurants to choose from and near to a convenience store. It's nice that they still clean your room and fix your bed everyday and if you want to change your towels just put a sticker on it. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel also is easy to find as they have a big name at the top of their building you you won't get lost.

I guess it's better that they can check you in right away than doing it in the machine. Instead of teaching you how to do it while waiting for you to finished and you can check out fast through the machine. Or they will send the check in process before you arrived so you don't have to line in the frontdesk and waiting to be entertained not knowing that you'll do it yourself on the machine.
