Very good condition of the apartment and equipped with a castle quantity of services like air conditioning, washroom heating and a complete set of amenities. The personnel were very welcoming and helpful.

The position is not good for using the Japan Rail Pass because there are no JR lines nearby, but it will no longer be a problem because of the price raising of the JRP that induces people to prefer other transport formulas.

Very comfortable beds. Room services every day, if you would want that. It has a fridge. Staff was incredibly nice and supplied us with some bolws and spoon when we asked for it. we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this place.

Not a lot of space to put things. Rooms are a bit smaller that it looks like on the pictures. Only one chair. The spa was not available, which makes it a bit pricey...

Room was large and there was a room with shower and a separate toilet. Very affordable and in the same building there was a great Chinese restaurant! We were really early for checking in and we were lucky to be able to check in early. Staff were really helpful and only two rooms for each floor which was nice! It was also very close to both subway and tram line!

Nothing negative except for it being a bit off from the center.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful in all situations and always ready if anything came up. They offered room cleaning every day. It also had a good location with convenience store and bus stop right in front. We also had a nice view from the 9th floor.

There was no laundry room.

room is spacious but what I appreciate the most is their receptionist. AS Sobuj was very accommodating and helpful when my luggage delivery got delayed. He even assisted me in getting a taxi upon my checkout even if it’s raining outside because he noticed I carry a lot of stuffs.

It was quite spacious and it looked really great aestheically and really love that there is a hand wash station above the toilet. It was just an awesome overall experience in our short time in osaka.

I don't have any thing I didn't like, only thing I probably could say I didn't like was I should've stayed longer

Staff were incredibly helpful. They were kind enough to store our bags overnight before we checked in to save us taking them to Koyasan with us. Then they offered us an early check in. The beds were comfy, the room is small and basic but had everything we needed for a great price. Under 10 min walk to the train station.

Room is very big and clean

The bath tub after soak finish the water overflow underneath until the basin floor and flooded. It takes awhile for both bath tub and basin floor to clear the water. I panic until i had to call for the staff for assistance. Staff is very helpful.

The room is spacious and the location is good. The staff is nothing special, we haven’t met them too much…

The windows are facing a busy street which was a bit noisy. The room had someone else’s hair around… on the carpet and in the shower..

The staffs are friendly. The room is designed in an interesting way, in which your resting space is separated with the rest making it comfortable for sleeping.

The lift is a bit small and the room uses transitional keys making it inconvenience to open and you have to clock the door by yourself.
