the hotel is actually maintained very well and looks new (which is opposite of the photo the hotel has put on booking.com) I suggest hotel to re-take some recent photo with brighter colour so that you can get more people booking the hotel. the room is spacious and good for 2 adults, and has separate toilet and bathroom. it has a fridge and a kettle too. what surprised me is that recently they added coin laundry service which is very nice, somemore the machine is very new and come with auto providing detergent, so traveler do not need to bring laundry detergent. this is a plus point, and I suggest you put in the hotel description.

The room was great, more than enough space for 2 people. Stuff was very friendly and helpful, and we didn't have any language barriers. You have a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, while the area is pretty quiet

It is a bit far from all the attraction. It takes you around 40 minutes to get to the castle (with the change), and around 20 min to get to the dotonbori area (also with the change). It's not the biggest issue but needs to take into consideration while planning the trip

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the room very comfortable, particularly liked having a separate toilet and shower room. The local guide which you could download was very useful and the hotel is in a good location, quite close to a railway station to get into the centre of Osaka. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I think that the checkout time could be later 11.00am would be better.

Located not very far from Umeda (Osaka staion). Easy access to public transport (buses and train - it's Hankyu line which goes directly to Kyoto and Kobe, so that's a plus) and the area has everything you'll need: restaurants, shops, convenient stores, and even Donki. Staff were helpful. The room was comfortable and peaceful.

The staff who speaks English wasn't always at the lobby but everyone was trying to help so it's not much of a problem.

The price was good, and location pretty convenient. The bath and provided amenities were great.

The pillows were really really hard, and the hotel was located in a pink light district? Not the biggest deal but definitely something to keep in mind. The room was a bit noisy at night from the mini fridge?

The location (nearby the City Centre and had a train station, McDonalds, Mister Donut, Mos Burger and a shopping centre nearby.) The room was clean and comfortable

The laundry facilities were apparently in the car park and the room itself was expensive.

Very easy to access from kyoto with hk line (juso Station). The staff was very nice and you'll get everything you need in the room, it was spacious, and a nice bathroom. If you want to go to Universal, it's very easy to go there from the hotel. Osaka is a great city, and so is this hotel. Will come back when I'll go back to Osaka

The room was spacious, especially for the standards I've had for hotels in Japan. The staff was friendly and engaging, and they had English speaking staff as well that were fluent and easy to understand.

Very good bathroom, high quality of cosmetics provided by the hotel. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, we really enjoyed our time spent there.

The lack of view we've got was something else. One window was blocked with foil, second one was facing the vents and the wall. It wasn't that big of a deal and the overall experience was still good, but when staying on a higher floor you wouldn't expect that.
