Location wise, the hotel was a few minutes away from the Nishinakajima station and is situated at the quiet part of Osaka. For those who would like to stay at a more relaxing part of Osaka and experience Japan's highly efficient train system, this is a great choice. The hotel's accessible location allowed us to get to other places of Japan like Hiroshima and Kyoto with it just being a stop away from the Shin-Osaka station for the Shinkansen rides. Space wise, it had enough space for three luggages - one each for me and my parents. The bathroom was also spacious and allowed comfortable room to move. The room offered two beds plus one sofa bed -perfect and comfortable for three persons in the booking. It also provided adequate amenities over our stay. The hotel staff have consistently offered kind assistance. They immediately showed up when we asked about one concern in our room and they made everything very seamless for our Osaka booking. They also responded to other queries promptly. Cost for the entire stay (three days and two nights) was considerably affordable for the above mentioned features/amenities. Hence, we definitely got our money's worth during our stay.

The room is big compare to other hotel in Japan. I stay for 4 nights and they clean the room everyday even on the day when I forget to put sign for clean the room. Then they change the towel and pyjamas everyday too.

I hope the JR Shin Osaka station is nearer because the nearest station is the metro. We arrive early, so we store our luggage at the counter, but unfortunately the staff though that I will check in alone and ask the housekeeping to only put one pyjamas. I hope she can check the booking and not just asuming. Luckly the staff during the night shift help sent one more pyjamas.

Nice location, just a 5-min walk from the train station, and there are a few konbinis close by. It’s located in a cleaner part of Osaka city, which is nice, and right by the Yodogawa River and park, which makes for a relaxing walk by the water.

When other guests opened or closed their doors, it sounded like loud bangs, which would wake us up. There was a group of guests that arrived and were placed around us. They kept opening and closing their suite doors so much, and it was so alarming.

The hotel was really cheap compared to others that we stayed in Japan. I was a bit apprehensive what it will turn out to be. Other than the hotel being a bit dated and a peculiar smell lingering we were quite amazed how spacious it was. Most probably the hotel is a visited by locals for business stays and less of tourists. Beds were clean, toilets were clean, internet was fabulous, views from the windows were stunning. Close to station and opposite to an excellent family run restaurant. The closest station was just a stop from Sin-Osaka station and costs about 800 Yen by taxi. So overall very happy.

Hotel needs a bit of thorough cleaning and upkeeping.

A large desk, a nice bed, and a nice bath for a very cheap price is hard to beat. It's a hotel that largely handles business people and regular travelers. It has professional staff, amenities, and everything you've come to expect from such a business. The station wasn't too far, either.

The comforter has seen better days, Beneath the cover, you could see that it has aged badly and shows signs of mold or yellowing from smoking (it was a non smoking floor, for what it's worth). Did it smell? No. Did it bother me? No. But some people are picky. Also, the AC was pretty hard to control as it only had four settings - off, low, medium, and high. The teen boys staying on the same floor kept trying to get into each other's rooms making a ton of racket as they would smack the doors shut and bang on them. My guess is they were a high school sports club left with minimal supervision (always a bad idea). The neighborhood is pretty quiet and uneventful.

The room was consistently well-cleaned and nice, and the daily cleaning service was definitely a bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly, even though they didn't speak much English. They tried their best to accommodate us, and that's why I highly appreciate their efforts.

The hotel was situated a bit far from the city center.

Great service by the staff. Very clean, nice size rooms. Good location, about 15-18min walk from Shin-Osaka Station and a few minutes walk to the Nishinakajima-Minamigata metro station. Has all the required facilities and is really great value for money. Comfortable and everything is provided, coffee/tea, razors, hairbrush, anything you might need.

Most importantly, this hotel has a fair price and the room is clean enough. When I checked in, the staff is quite nice. The location is also okay, around 5 mins walk to the subway station. I had a nice sleep that night. There is also coin laundry if needed.

Maybe it would be better to have a coin locker and another vending machine - but not a must.

I like that my room was more spacious than most that I have stayed in in Japan. Also, the hotel is conveniently located near the station and a good 24-hour gym.

The Wi-Fi did not have a very good connection. I lagged a number of times.
