The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and supportive. There was no problem with water pressure or temperature for the shower and they provided clean towels every day (which I thought was overkill). Others had complained that breakfast was a bento box, but I actually enjoyed it.

My only real complaint was that they said there was a desk and I don't think a 1-foot square table counts as a desk. That was a bit problematic for me because I needed to work. Google maps said the hotel was a 5 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station but it was really about 15 minutes.

Everything! This hotel has ideal location if you plan to visit Osaka and surroundings up to 100-200 Km radius: walking distance between hotel and Shin-osaka station is 5-10 min. The room is small (for Lilliputians) but fitted with everything basic you need for a normal stay and, specially, all perfect clean!

Daily replacing the towels may be a little bit excessive, the management should establish a code by which the visitor to communicate in a simple way he/she needs or not towels replacing. In the vicinity of the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, not to count the railway station itself, some open 24x7.

The property is conveniently located near Shin Osaka JR station which made it easy to do day trips to Kobe, Kyoto and Nara. It is also 5-10min to the metro system. the Midosuji line is convenient to stay near as I was able to access all the popular locations easily. The property also has onsen for guests. The ladies onsen requires a pin to access which made me feel safe and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and includes all amenities you would need. Comfortable bed and good location of power points.

The room is small but sufficient for one person - wouldn’t recommend a couple (no space for luggage). Hotel staff only cleans the room every 4 days which I prefer anyway. It can be hard to communicate with staff in English.

Room was nice and clean, comfortable. Less than 10mins walk to Shin Osaka Station and Midosuji Metro line. Friendly service and was able to assist in placing items in the freezer daily. Clean bath/face towels and shaver/toothbrush provided daily hung at door as first 4 days of stays do not include room cleaning which is good. Just need place the used ones and trash bin outside room to be cleared daily. Surrounding neighbourhood is nice and quiet. There is a Aeon Food Style supermarket just 10mins away which is 24 hours and very convenient for fresh fruits. Lawson is just across the road.

Since an inhouse onsen is available, would be good if body towel is included in the daily toiletries provided. No space for big luggages as moving space is small. Minibar is abit small for use in summer. Only have space for 4 to 5 drinks.

I love the location. It's in a quite area a short walk from Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station and I chose it because I wanted to catch an early Shinkansen. I have stayed here before. The room was small, tidy, well designed and big enough for one person for one night. The staff efficiently took my bags in the morning and kept them until I checked in later in the evening. There is nothing much to see and do surrounding the hotel so it's only a place to sleep for me but that is what I was looking for.

I felt the staff were a little nervous but overall helpful. I was a bit puzzled about why they asked whether I remember how to use the room. I wasn't really sure of what I might have forgotten but other than that no issues at all.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very diligent and respectful cleaning staff. The hotel had an indoor onsen, which was very nice to use especially when after sweating all day. I was very satisfied with how the hotel was very close to the Shin Osaka Station. Very convenient place to set up a temporary base of operations and be able to get to other places around Osaka without actually being in the crowded city of Osaka. This neighborhood was relatively peaceful, quiet, with not much people especially at night.

Rooms were a literal box, but still served its purpose. It is summer and the heat is out of this world. My friend and I wished the onsen also had a cold pool. Other than that nothing really to complain about.

Good location as it is quite close to SHIN Osaka station. Staff is very helpful and can speak Mandarin.

No buffet breakfast is provided. Just give me a bento that is out of my expectations. Room is a bit smaller.

Super clean hotel. The communal large bath was spectacular. Massage chair was an added advantage. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful.

The room was a bit too small for a couple with a small kid. Had I known about this before hand, I would have booked two rooms considering each room was at an extremely low rate. Although the hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Midosuji line Shin Osaka station, it was a 17 minute walk from the JR Shinkansen entrance which was a wee bit tough to walk with luggage in the rain.

The staffs are very friendly and the room is generally clean. It comes with free wifi and around the hotel there are all types of convenience stores (7-11, Lawson, Family Mart). You can go to JR Shin Osaka station by passing the ticket gate of the Subway line for free, so keep that in mind to avoid climbing too many stairs going to / from the hotel.

Water drainage in the bathroom is not good. When I showered the water clogged and dirt from the drain spills to the floor with the excess water...

Close to the train station Shin-Osaka, which let's you use the subway to get to other points of the city and conveniently arrive from Tokyo (once you figure the way around the station). There's a Lawson across the street and a Family Mart on the way to the station too, plus restaurants at the station. Check in is easy, staff are polite and give you the necessary information.

The microwave that is downstairs in the breakfast area, felt a bit awkward heating the food up there. Room is very tiny, so forget bringing huge luggage.
