I think this is best stay that I had throughout my 13-day stay in Japan! The room is spacious for a solo traveller and its bathroom comes with a tub! So if you are looking for a soak, make sure to bring along some bamb bombs. The breakfast is nice and comes in different variety. I stayed here for 4 days and I got to try different dishes every morning. The staff is nice too. Not sure if this is their way of doing but the receptionist told me there will not be any housekeeping so I was told to place the used towels outside the room and the staff will replace them with clean one by hanging the bag on the door. I don't have any issue with that. The hotel is located at Juso area. The station is about 7-min walk away and the train ride to the city is about 10 mins. Most of the hotel guests are local salarymen and I didn't see much of tourists staying in this hotel.

Room was big, nice and cosy. No bad smells and the refrigirator was actually cold! Man in the reception spoke great English. Breakfast was free.

Only the shower was little weird but I managed to use it. And be careful! They have hotels number 1 and 2 and first I went to the wrong one but it was only a five minutes walk between them, so no hard feelings.

I didn't expect the breakfast buffer. That was brilliant and very thoughtful. Thank you. Very handy location. 5 min. walk to the train station. All staff members are very helpful.

I've been transferred to another room because the first room's toilet suddenly is clogged. In the next room, I encountered the paranormal and had to be transferred to another room again. I don't blame this on the hotel.

Very nice and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The room is small but very clean and well maintained. Good location. Walking distance from Juso station which is a stop or two from the main Osaka Umeda station. Easy to visit Kyoto by taking a train at Juso station.

Nice staff (almost everyone) Nice room, bed, bathroom, WC, fridge, TV, aircon. Everything was functional and functioning. I did have a relax stay there, which is important.

Needless to put pressure me when I’m a bit late to check out. Electric plug didnt work

As it's a new hotel it does not show on the gps. It always shows the number 1 hotel of group.

The breakfast was nice and it helped we can bring the food upstairs. Would be much better if you provide amenities like cotton and ear buds. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Location is in shady area, we didn’t know this. Not too ideal for family with small kids.

Just the best hotel, with all the amenities and comfort. The breakfast was amazing, I could take it to my room for free or eat it in the dining room. The room was very clean and it had all the necessary amenities.

Everything was perfect

It is very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the value is excellent. It isn’t too far from Josu Station and it was easy to get from Josu Station to Shin-Osaka station.
