We could bring our luggage earlier and they even took care of our strawberries 🤭 The bathroom was quite big, but I would I’ve preferred a bit more space in the room than in the bathroom. Really good equipment, there was even a massage machine and a pants pressing machine. Sadly we didn’t had time for breakfast, but it looked really nice.

It was I bit further from the station then I thought, but still totally fine. Like I said before I would have preferred that the bathroom would have been smaller and the room a bit bigger, but it’s not a big deal. The room was small, but just as small as I expected it from a Japanese hotel room. The most and kinda only negative negative thing was, I found some hairs that weren’t ours…

We've stayed at a total of 4 hotels during our trip, and this by far, was our favorite and most comfortable. The staff was really nice and very accommodating. We extended our trip (last minute), and the original room we booked was no longer available. So I had to book a different room. On the day of check-in, they informed us that we could stay in the same room. We booked a room with a full-size bed. The room was stylish and was comfortable. With that said, it's not a Western-sized room. It's still small but comfortable. My husband and I are petite (5'2 and 5'6) size so it worked for us. If you have 2 carry-on-size luggage, you will be fine if you have more than that and anything larger. It could be a very tight fit. The bathroom had a little counter space to put toiletries which the other hotels didn't have. It was well-ventilated, and the air was never stale. Outlets were plenty; a water kettle (you can grab tea and pour over coffee from the lobby), insulated mugs, and daily water bottles were provided. We purchased the breakfast, which was a good selection of Western and Japanese food. This hotel was a 10-15 min walk to the train and bus station. Close to malls, stores, and restaurants. It was quiet, even though there was construction nearby. 7/11 is next door and a bus stop on the same block. Very convenient.

We couldn't get the head to shoot down. It would shoot water all the way to the back wall. Water would spill out of the tub. I had to use extra towels to keep the floor dry. Minor inconvenience. Thank goodness they provided a daily supply of fresh towels/bath mats.

Good location within 10 min walk from Osaka train station. Awesome 7/11 next door with everything I needed. Washer and dryer combo machine on site.

We booked two rooms, but they refused to provide two keys for each room. Just one key per room per adult only, although one kid was staying with each parent (so four people, two in each room). Every time my husband had to go get ice, he needed to bring his key to activate the elevator, but clearly my 12 y.o. son did not need to go with him (taller than his mom and competent to stay in the room by himself) but could not because the key activates the lights and TV in the room. It was such a hassle for our four night stay there! If we are paying for two rooms for four people, we clearly are not sneaking anyone in (and provided passports for everyone staying). The rooms were on the smaller side, although very clean and comfortable.

Professional, friendly welcome. Clean and tidy. The Western and Asian breakfasts are served in different restaurants which was a bit strange but the western breakfast was lovely and well stocked. Osaka station was daunting so we used Fukishima more. Convenient 7/11 on doorstep but set in quiet area of Osaka.

You have to visit reception so they can take a copy of your passport and give you information but then visit a machine to check in and get your key cards activated. All toiletries and tea/coffee can be picked up from reception which I can see is efficient but not convenient of you have forgotten something and have to use the lifts constantly as they can be quite busy.

The hotel is very convenientally located just a 10 minute walk from Osaka station, but is not on a main road and was not noisy at night. The staff spoke English and were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They let us drop off our luggage before check-in, and check-in was smoothly done. A self-service breakfast buffet was included with my room and included a range of both Japanese and Western style foods, including hot foods, breads, fruits and yogurt, juices, and a coffee machine. Breakfast was from 6:30-10am. There were plenty of tables and both mornings, my friend and I got a table straight away. My room was a comfortable size with many amenities, and the bathroom was the most spacious hotel bathroom I've ever seen in Japan in four years of travelling here, with a Western style bath. The room also had really good black-out blinds. The staff let us leave our luggage after check-out and come back for it later which was very helpful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. My friend wanted to get a beer but there were only non-alcoholic drinks in the hotel vending machines. But with a convenience store literally 2 minutes walk away, it was hardly a hardship! The only thing I missed was an onsen.

The breakfast was good, although I am not a breakfast guy. In retrospect, I should have picked a hotel closer to the station. I was carrying my things, just arrived from a series of long flights and was beat, finding my way around a city I hadn't spent time in for nearly fifty years, using google maps as a walking aid for the first time. Not smart of me. The room was good, the value was terrific.

Distance from station. To be fair, this was my first stop this trip. Should have cabbed it.

- Easy 10 min walk from Osaka train station. - Exceptionally clean room. - Quiet. - Good breakfast selection of Asian & Western foods - Luggage storage available - Washing machine & dryers available for laundry - Comfortable bed - 7/11 around the corner.

- Room slightly small but understand this is normal for Japan - Self check-in (but staff will assist if needed)

The place is very neat with styled interior design. Self-laundry with haft a price compared to outside (but it’s hard to get an available one due to many people want to use). They offer bathtub and bath-bomb which is amazing!

Although they offer 2 places for breakfast but there are not many options. it’s quite boring if you stay there more than 2 days/nights.

The staff were impeccable. Honestly the check in was a bit of an obstacle, but on my wrongdoing . Cannot fault the staff. They accommodated my mistake so well. I love our stay. Facilities, breakfast .. wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to travellers.

Only thing was the distance to the stations. But im being fussy. Otherwise best value for money.

The breakfast was good . Walking distance to train station (10 minutes) . Value for money . Huge Bathtub is a plus after a long day walk . Reception staff were helpful. Housekeeping team were friendly and did a good job.

Dinner menu can have more choices . Extra pillows will be a plus .
