This hotel is really just fantastic. So clean, elegant and well designed in the room, which was a lot more spatious than you would expect for central Osaka. Blackout blinds were great for getting over jetlag, bed was comfortable, bathroom was sparkling. The downstairs area was also great ... free coffee machine, a microwave to eat stuff you might get from the convenience store and a comfortable place in the restaurant to sit and eat, work, or meet. Check in and check-out were fast and easy, and we stayed there at the beginning and end of our trip so were able to store our luggage for free. The staff was always extremely hospitable, professional and helpful, and there was every sort of amenity you might need (and never knew you did ... pajamas?? an automatic massage pillow?? ) Finally, the neighborhood was just right ... it was very quiet and peaceful at night, close to the park/river, with some surprisingly good restaurants around. Also Umeda was just one stop away on the subway but none of the hectic-ness from that area. Couldn't recommend this place more.

The location was great. It's very close to Kitahama on the Sakaisuji line and Yodoyabashi on the Midosuji line of the Osaka Metro, allowing options to travel through the town of Osaka. Some restaurants and convenience stores are also nearby for food needs.

As with typical hotel in its class, the room can be a bit small. However, this was expected and remains a good value for the money.

Love the location that’s in the center, beautiful surrounding near river, close to stations, and close to the North and South Osaka famous spots but not crowded as it’s around offices. Also close to cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores. Especially loving the massage pillows in every room! Best idea ever for a hotel. Never find it elsewhere before. Also love there’s almost every necessary facilities are provided for hotel guests in public areas, like washer and dryer, microwave, free coffee machine, and ice machine. Housekeeping take out trash daily and change towels everyday and will make up the room if the sign is put ip on the door. Some staff were nice and try to be helpful. Thank you.

They can’t help you book airport transfers/call taxi service. And it would’ve been nicer if the washer and dryers are more than 2, also if coin exchange is provided on the same floor, as the elevators aren’t the fastest. Also the public areas can be cleaner, like the floors, carpets, and elevators.

Very sophisticated modern hotel. Very efficient automated computerized self check-in guided by the front desk staff. Breakfast has a wide varieties including local delicacies and varies by day. The bathroom has rainshower, body massage, and your regular hand shower. It was so nice having a shower and bath there after a long day out.

The cleaning staff is non existent. The dustiest room i ever had ever had in japan all these years. Thankfully the bathroom and other areas is clean because it is a new hotel. Why is shocking is they dont clean your room unless you put on the magnet sign on your door outside your room. First when we arrived the room was already dusty, under the side tables there are dust bunnies collected and hairs and many small articles dropped by previous stay guest. So basically during my 2N stay there is no cleaning at all, even the trash is not taken out. And the dust bunnies were very visible due to the non-carpeted floor of the room.

Very friendly English speaking staff. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were top notch. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was great with lots of variety at a very reasonable price. The location was great. With lots of restaurants and access to the tube stations with just a few minutes walk. The hotel was even kind enough to let us store our luggage for a few days while we visited Kyoto free of charge.

There were no stairs to the other floors and the elevator took a while as there were 17 floors and lots of guests

Location was great, very close to two metro stations on separate lines and also walkable to Osaka castle and the river. Some really cool bars and restaurants by the river too, a few mins walk away, so be sure to check those out! Room was comfortable and super clean, spacious enough for the two of us with 2 large suitcases. Laundry room also very useful on second floor and not expensive.

It would have been great to have a safe/deposit box in the room as this wasn’t provided, and the only other gripe was that the lifts were terrible. There was only 2 for the whole building (17 floors) and it sometimes took forever to get down to the bottom (we were staying on floor 17!). The Cleaners seem to use it to get up and down and so it can be a bit frustrating trying to move around the hotel. But this was only a minor issue!

decent stay; clean room but tiny for a double room(single use); staff was polite; easy check-in/checkout; location was not that good- that area has nothing to offer- probably is better to chose Umeda area if you dont want to stay in Dotombori noisy area ; you have to ride every time the metro which is nearby (short distance)

stupid bathroom arrangement; the room itself is tiny because bathroom is spread across 3 tiny rooms (shower room, sink room, wc room); breakfast Asian style; as European I cant eat soups or fried chicken/fish at 8 AM. hopefully they had yoghurt which was not sweet :) wifi was weak when trying to access a webpage only ( not talking about video upload or such things)

Really great location, just down the road from the subway stations with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very easy access to the city and within walking distance of Osaka Castle. The staff were very friendly and spoke some English. They helped us resolve an issue we had after a phone was left in our last hotel and they arranged to have it posted to the hotel next day. They also helped us with a luggage transfer to Tokyo and were very helpful if we had any questions. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced for what you get. great views of the city on higher levels. I highly recommend staying here if your visiting Osaka. 10/10

sometimes the elevators got very busy and sometimes took longer than expected to move between floors. Rooms are quiet small so can get tight if travelling with a family. Not much storage for clothes ect - we lived out of our suitcases.

Perfect room! Comfortable bed, great shower, nice little sitting area, place to hang clothes, window that can open, great black out blinds. In a quiet neighbourhood but close to 2 metro stations which gets you to the hustle and bustle in less than 10 minutes! Staff are friendly and willing to help with anything.

The laundry room could use an update, we had to use the dryer 3 times and our clothes were still wet when we had to check out. It would be good if the staff at the front desk informed guests that the dryer takes very long, you need about 3 hours just to wash pants and socks- bit of a waste of holiday time if you ask me. Perhaps a laundry service can benefit the hotel. Also I feel like I spent a lot of time waiting for the lift, I guess 2 lifts for such a large hotel isn’t quite enough…

Very nice hotel and a very nice size room for Japan. Our room was enough for three (kid of 6 years), but he is used of sleeping between us. No room for further bed, but this is not surprising in Japan. Super close to two metro lines, which makes travelling around quite easy including to bullet trains. Close to Osaka Castle, walking distance. Good value for money, since breakfast was included and it was a good and variety one. Please do not expect classical European breakfast even if some classical stuff can be found (e.g. pastry, musli). Staff friendly as everywhere. Check-in and check-out super easy and friendly. I would always recommend it.

Frankly, this is being picky, but I was surprised not seeing gym in a hotel of this size and quality or safe in the room. But this has nothing to do with hotel, great hotel staff and room as such. As said, great quality and nothing to complain about.
