The Japanese breakfast was great and had good selections, there were also toast, ham and fried egg for those who prefer western breakfast. The hotel is located in business area, quiet in the evening but convenient with the subway. The natural hot spring provides good relaxation with all necessary amenities and very thoughtful with the little ice cream for the guests. Also the free noodle soup between 21-23 hour is nice for the little hunger.

The staff were so friendly and polite, they made us feel welcome and cared for as soon as we arrived. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The atmosphere is relaxing. The bed was so comfy that I fell asleep in seconds! The shower was pre-set to the perfect water temperature and the water pressure was marvellous! There is a Lawsons convenience store right next door which is super convenient, and the hotel location is close to the train station. We absolutely could not fault this hotel and would stay again if ever we return to Osaka 😊

This hotel is fantastic and I didn't want to leave. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We arrived before checkin and the staff took our luggage and cleaned it before storing it. So we could go out to have lunch and when we came back to our room the luggage was already there. The staff was always helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The Onsen on the top floor was great and always in a good condition. They even had the sauna heated to almost 100°C (which is rare). The outdoor bathtubs were very comfortable. The hotel has nice little services such as free ice cream or a manga library. So it is also very child-friendly. The breakfast is Japanese style, but a bit on the expensive side (around 2400 Yen). However you get a lot of choices (including sashimi, tempura, soups, etc). So I would argue it is worth the price. Would book this hotel again!

The male onsen did not offer any moisturizer for dry skin after bathing.

The room was very dark which was fantastic for sleeping as we were out and about each day. The staff were fantastic and we're willing to help with any need. The onsen was amazing, the stalls were super modern and had fantastic temperature control, the main bath was wonderfully hot and the outdoor baths were incredible with the cool breeze coming through. Having a sauna and a cold pool was also fantastic. The ability to do laundry was also super great. The small library on the same floor as well as the free treats were a great little addition. It was so close to the train stations and it was so easy to get to all the amazing sites.

Location is great! Only 2 mins walk to yodoyabashi station and it is connected to airport lines via transit in Namba. The facilities are awesome! Onsen, massage chairs, free late dinner ramen and drinks.

Only 2 lifts servicing 13 floor. It can be a bit crowded when waiting for lift. This is the only drawback that I can think of. Others are awesome

nice hotel located between kitahama station and yodabashi station. love the onsen (opens from 3pm to 10am overnight) free ramen, ice cream etc. enjoyed our 2 nights stay here! to get to kansai airport, you need to change one train, which was quite manageable. will stay again when we come to Osaka

Great traditional style japanese hotel. You need to take off the shoes before entering the hotel as everything is covered with the specials mats. The room is quite small so would recommend booking a premium room if staying longer than a few nights. Definitely try the hot spring - it's really nice and worth the experience, just note it's done naked (while genders are separated). They also provide free ice cream and popsicles, and a free bowl of simple ramen from 9.30pm. Lots of small details that make the experience very nice in the hotel. Also quite nice location.

It didn't come as a surprise but the front desk barely spoke english, so make sure to have a Google translate ready if you want to ask any questions. Regardless, the staff was very kind and nice though. Breakfast ends quite early, and they started cleaning up the food area 15min before closing (breakfast closed at 9.30am).

This Hotel was one of my, if not my favorite, this trip to Japan. The staff spoke English and also worked around my beginner level Japanese. They, like most hotels, are very polite and courteous. What this place had that others did not is a slew of additional bonuses. The public bath was amazing to have. The free ice cream after was a big plus. I didn't partake, but they also had free noodles from 9:30pm - 11:00pm. They have free Yakult in the mornings, I forget the times for that. They also have 2 massage chairs on the second floor for use. This is a more traditional style inn, so be prepared to leave your shoes in lockers near the entrance, there are keys and locks so people can't take your shoes. Not a big deal personally but might be for some people. There are 2 train lines nearby and a convenience store right next to the hotel.

The Hotel was a great in between a hotel and Ryokan. A great Onsen, lot's of facitities to use like free milk/icecream at morning/night, and free soba noodles at 21:30 for a late night snack. The hotel staff, even very rough at English. Was able to help us even when our later travel plans fell through. They were kind and warm and welcoming.

A bit strange policy. Unless you stay for more than a week housekeeping costs ¥1500 or they won't do it. HOWEVER they do supply all amnenities you might need and you can put your trashbox outside daily for cleaning.
